Maya’s POV I stared at the black business card the entire journey back to the Hartwell penthouse. The elegant silver letters seemed to unsettle me every time I looked at them. 8:00 P.M. The Royal Crescent Hotel was all that was written on it. There wasn’t a company name. No logo. No explanation. Just an address and a phone number. Something about it felt strange. Very strange.
