Chapter 21 “Brin!” I cried. She pushed Lyra away and whirled, wide-eyed. “Aine! What are you doing here?” Beside me, Kyer chuckled. “Looks like Brin wasn’t the only one who stopped taking the blue pill.” A thin blush crept into Lyra’s pale cheeks. “When she told me her dreams, I had to see for myself.” I looked from her to Brin. “So you dreamed of Lyra?” Brin nodded, fear brimming in her eyes. “Is…is that okay?” Kyer’s hand squeezed mine and relief flooded through me. “Yeah,” I said, letting out a shaky sigh.
