"Good morning, Miss Bailey!" the employee who passed me greeted me with respect. "Good morning," I replied. The atmosphere of the store slowly returned to normal. Those who couldn't smile or greet me for the past two weeks acted differently this morning. Those three videos helped restore their confidence. I found out that my problems were affecting them, too. My shop wasn't out of critical condition, but none of the employees complained about not working behind the counter. They were cheerfully carrying flowers to sell to passers-by.
