CHAPTER 1

"Kuya Aki." Napalingon si Aki sa pinsan niyang si Sieraj na nakatingin sa maleta niya.

"What is it?"

"Is it really okay for you to come? I mean you still have work," Sieraj stared blankly at him for a second before she frowned. "Or are you coming with us because."

"Because what?" He calmly said and averted his eyes to not make an eye contact with her.

Something's really fishy. She shrug and walk outside with her bag and her suitcase.

"Can't I just go with them, mom? Kuya Aki and the bodyguards presence aren't enough. Sieraj might be in danger." Akira sighed at what his son, Ryouji, said.

"That's right, mom. Ryouji's right. " Akira stared blankly at the twins, Ryouji and Kyouri.

"That won't work on me. You know that."

"Aunt Akira!!! Kuya Aki had a girlfriend!!! That's why she'll come with me!!" Napalingon silang lahat kay Sieraj na tumatakbo papunta sa kanila.

"Sieraj!! Careful!! You might trip!!" Sieraj didn't listen to what her cousin, Enzo, said.

"It's not true! I don't have a girlfriend!" Sieraj looked back at her cousin.

"Woah. How can you even deny your girlfriend like that?" Aki just sighed and shaked his head. Let's just leave her with that.

"How can you have so much energy? It's still midnight." Xykro asked Sieraj with so much confusion. It's not normal for someone to be so energetic.

"That's because I'm still young and growing. Unlike kuya Aki—oops," Sieraj covered her mouth and run quickly behind between her aunt and her uncle. "Sorry kuya Aki. " She peeked while giving a peace sign and a smile.

"No need to state the obvious, " he blandly said before putting his luggage inside the car. "Sie give me your suitcase."

I won't be decieve by that. I know you have some tricks under your sleeve. Sieraj remain behind between her uncle and her aunt. Not moving an inch. Just staring at Akihito while Akihito stares back at her confusingly.

"Sie your suitcase."

"You get it. I know you plan something. You're mad being called old."

"No I'm not. Alright if you want I'll raise my hand. Krycv and Dyrcv can hold me if you want."

"Oh come on kuya. Stop calling us with that name. " The twins grimace at what their older brother called them.

"Alright. Raise your hand until I put my suitcase inside." Akihito nodded his head and step a few meters away the car while raising his hand and the twins are standing beside him. Sieraj started to put her suitcase inside the car's trunk but before she can do that she seems to be struggling.

"What the?! Why is this thing so heavy?" She tried to lift it but unable to do so. "Did I put too much book inside?" She mumbled while still struggling to lift it. She turned to her uncle that is silently watching her. "Uncle I need some help. I can't seem to lift my suitcase."

Her uncle shakes his head. "Might be because there's so much book in it rather than the clothes. Right Sie?" Sieraj scratches her cheeks while smiling at her uncle.

"Hahaha. Seems like I can't live without bringing some books with me since I can't just go and roam around freely. "

"Then what's the use of your guards? And I bet your mother will dispatch some guards to follow you around and I'm sure your brothers and sister will stick around with you." Sieraj stared at her aunt who's nodding then to her uncle and cousins who is also nodding their head.

"Can I bring my cousins along with me? I'm sure kuya Aki will be busy visiting his girlfriend. "

"I told you I don't have a girlfriend."

They ignored what Akihito said while the twins, Enzo, Airo, and Akita waited on what will be their parents decision.

"Well, we'll be out of the country this week. Pack your luggages boys."

The five hurriedly went inside the house. It didn't even take them a minute to prepare. It really shows that they're expecting to tagged along.

"Woah. That's fast." The five just smiled at Sieraj as they put their luggage inside the trunk.

"Get inside the car. We'll be departing now." Akihito said while opening the door to the driver's seat.

"I'll take the middle. Middle~ Middle~ Middle~" Sieraj excitedly open the door and take a seat. She get her earpods inside her backpacks pocket and connect it to her phone.

"Sie can you give me some wet tissues?"

Sieraj rummages through her backpack to look for some wet tissue. "I don't know if I packed some. "

"Why do you always ask for some tissue Akita?" Airo asked while typing something on his phone.

"Cleanliness is a must."

"Oh. Found it. Here," Sieraj give the whole pack of tissues to Akita." Kuya Akita's right. Cleanliness is a must." Sieraj said while munching some gummy.

"Oh. Gimme some." Sieraj handed three packs of gummies to Ryou, Kyou, and Enzo at the back. She also give one to Airo beside her and one each to Akihito and Akita at the front.

"I have yogurt here. Want some?" Sieraj said while getting yogurt out of her bag.

"Is the only thing you have inside your bag is food? You pack so many of it," Airo peek inside her bag and there he saw packs of food inside. "Your bag look like a refrigerator. You have so many food in there."

"I might be hungry on our way. Might as well pack some." Airo looked at her with disbelief.

"What kind of stomach do you have? You have a very big appetite." He said while munching some gummies.

"Not my fault. You always give me food. "

"Well that's because you look so thin. How come you're not gaining some weight?"

"Excuse me. I am not thin. My body is just so perfect. And I don't gain weight because that's part of my charm." She said and flip her hair. Her cousins chuckled at her.

"Well you might get accepted right away if you plan on becoming a model. Wanna become one? I'll contact one of my friend." Akihito said while glancing at her on the mirror.

"Everything in this world has its own advantages and disadvantages. Just like when you open the book. It has do's and don'ts. I rather live in my own way than being in a complicated situation. I want to become a bird flying freely in the sky. No worries, just peace." She said while looking outside and munching gummies.

"Well you're right. Tell me if you change your mind." Akihito said while driving. She just hummed and yawned.

"If you're sleepy you can go back to sleep. I'll wake you up when we arrive at the airport." Airo said while looking at her.

"Let me borrow your shoulder kuya." She said before leaning on to Airo's shoulder. Airo just let her be since it's still too early.

Why would mom booked a flight at 2 AM? Airo thought. He just sighed and played with his phone.

"Sieraj wake up. We're here." Niyugyog ni Airo ang natutulog na Sieraj. Ang hirap pa naman gisingin 'tong isang 'to.

"She still didn't wake up?" Lumingon si Airo sa kapatid niyang pinaglihi sa mga panlinis.

"Nope. I tried to wake her up but as you can see she's still dead asleep."

"Leave her be. We still have some time before our flight. It's still 12:50 in the midnight. Our flight is still on 2. And the twins are asleep too. It's just kuya Aki, you, kuya Enzo, and me who's still awake."

Airo sense something's wrong by the way his brother talk to him. "Akita. Nande son'nani kigaru ni hanashite kureru no? Manā wa dokodesu ka? You didn't even call me 'kuya'. Am I the only one you didn't pay some respect? I'm still older than you." (Translate: Akita. Why are you speaking so casually to me? Where's your manners, huh? )

"I rather not call you 'kuya' ." Akita said bravely to Airo who looked at him with disbelief.

"Look at this kid. Hey Akita. I might tell mom to reduce your allowance this month. " Akita just snorted and went to the car to wake the three who's soundly asleep.

"Sieraj wake up. "

Sieraj opened her eyes and stared blankly at the front. "I'm still sleepy," she mumbled. "Where are the others?"

"I'll wake the twins after you."

Hearing what Akita said, Seiraj immediately stop him. "I'll wake them up."

"Really?"

She nodded to Akita. "Nē Kyouri, Ryouji. Moderu ga deta bakaridesu. Kanojo wa utsukushīdesu. " (Translate: Hey Kyouri, Ryouji. A model just came out. She's beautiful.)

"Huh? Where?" The two hurriedly open their eyes and looked outside the car.

"Wow. How can you open your eyes that fast?"

"There's no model coming out. Just wanna test if you'll really wake up if I said there's a beautiful model. " They looked at Sieraj and shake their head.

"Come on. Kuya Akihito rescheduled our flight. Or rather he used his connection to rescheduled the flight. So we're going earlier than expected." They turn at Airo who went to the back of the car to get their luggages.

Sumunod si Sieraj kay Airo at kinuha ang maleta niya. Sumunod naman ang iba at kinuha din ang kanilang mga maleta.

"Oh. Good thing you unloaded your luggages. Come on." Napatingin sila kay Akihito na lumapit sa kanila at kinuha din ang maleta niya. "I rescheduled our flight. Ready to meet your family Sie?"

They all looked at Sieraj who's silently walking with them. "Huh? Ah. No?"

"You're not excited?"

"No."

Akihito just shrug at what she said. They enter the airport and and give the tickets to the guards. They boarded the plane and do their own things

"Kuya!!! Wake up," Maxx grunted and turn to the other side of the bed. He ignored all the noises that Elyse made. "Come on. Wake up. Mom told me to wake you up and kuya Kael. We'll prepare since Sieraj will be here early. And I heard that kuya Akihito will be here too."

"Why do you have to be so loud early in the morning? The sun hasn't risen yet." Maxx said with a hoarse voice. He got up with his eyes still close.

"It's 3:30 in the morning and mom told me to wake you up since you're a sleepyhead. No need to wake kuya Kael up because I know he turned on his alarm clock," Elyse said while grinning at him. Maxx just clicked his tongue at her. "Oh and wear some shirt. Why do you have to sleep without a shirt on? Aren't you cold?"

Maxx got up and went to his closet to wear some clothes. "Tell mom I'll be down in a minute."

"Okay."

I should at least do something. My little sister is coming. Maxx thought and went downstairs.
