#23 Updating Chloe's diary

Busi, as soon as she gets inside Winston's car, she calls Pride and tells her not to sleep until she gets to their flat, she has got some juicy news for her. To Busi, what has just happened between her and Chloe is a dream come true. She is now so restless on the passenger seat, wishing Winston could press a little harder on the gas pedal so she could arrive home quicker and get everything out of her chest. Winston, within the blink of an eye, already he has arrived at her flat and before the car could stop completely, Busi had already stepped out of the car and ran towards the door of her flat. By the time Winston climbs off from his driver seat to go open the passenger door for her, she already was greeting him goodbyes and shutting the door on his face.

She finds Pride sitting on the couch watching TV and waiting for her.

"I could not wait for you inside the bedroom in case the warmth of the blankets lulled me to sleep." Says Pride, switching off the TV and standing up to go to the bedroom. Busi follows her, smiling all the way through.

"Look at you, you melting. Bring on the hot tea, I am all ears." Pride sits on the bed with wide opened eyes and waits for Busi who is busy rolling eyes and licking lips to also come and sit down.

"Come sit and tell me what went down. It is late already and we have to sleep." Pride says, showing her the other part of the bed where she must sit on.

"Oh my Gosh, Pride, I am not sure if I will sleep a wink tonight, let alone to wash my face in the morning." says Busi, erotically touching on her face

"She kissed me, she so damn kissed me." she adds.

"You are lying. You are lying girl." Pride stands up, not sure whether to scream or run around the whole room. "She what?" Pride, not believing her ears, she gets closer to her and stretches out her left ear so that Busi can repeat what she just said.

Busi just nods her head, still smiling and blushing as if it is Chloe whom she is talking to. "Aha, she kissed me and I kissed her back." Busi stands up also, so that she could properly narrate the story to Pride

"Winston, her driver, called her and told her that we are already parked outside the gate. She then told him to take me to the securities. The security then showed me to her door. Just when I was waiting for her to come open the door for me, I felt her hand suddenly pulling me inside the house. The next thing, I was pressed hard against the door and our lips suddenly locked. The feeling was so good and I did not want to let go of her until she felt bad and embarrassed and broke the kiss, apologizing that she never meant to kiss me but I had to reassure her that I have also been longing to kiss her and she should not feel bad." Busi pauses for a moment and continues again.

"She earnestly asked me not to tell anyone of what happened between the two of us until the right time. Her emphasis was on protecting both our titles, her being the Miss USA of all time and me being the the current Miss USA."

"Hmmm, ok, that is so interesting. Did she not ask you about Handsome?" Asked Pride

"She did, but I did not know how to answer, until I came home to you so that you guide me."

"Well, I think it is only fair you tell her that everything was planned and that you always loved her." Advised Pride.

"Ohk, if you say so." Agrees Busi. The both of them then go to bed.

The next day when Busi and Chloe get to work, Sandra picks up the tension between the two of them and how they have been looking at each other the entire time. Chloe, on the other hand has noticed that Sandra seems to be suspicious of them, hence she ordered Sandra to organize the driving school for Busi so that they do not have to travel in the same car. She also instructs Sandra to call the Miss USA organization and tell them that Busi is ready to start work with them as of tomorrow.

It is now knock off time, what is running through Sandra's mind is to get home and update the diary she once prepared for Chloe, naming it Chloe's misery diary book, where she used to record Chloe's every single relationship. Now that Chloe seems not to be dating anymore, she feels it is necessary to write everything that is happening in her life with Busi in it since she seems to be paying more attentio to her.

She indeed gets home and writes everything down on the diary, from the time Busi got into the office for her interview and all of a sudden Chloe called her to come back to sign the contract. The next thing, Chloe offered her lifts to her flat. While everyone was still worried of Chloe's admittance to the hospital, Busi could not miss a day visiting her at the hospital. All of a sudden Busi had to leave the hospital, Chloe after being aware that Busi has left the hospital, she suddenly ordered everyone to leave, claiming that she wants to rest. The next thing, Chloe insisted that her driver drives both her and Busi home after Busi won the title of the Miss USA, the sudden sorting out of Busi's apartment and car papers. Now is the driving licence, which needs to be organized by her, whereas with some previous Miss USA's who did not have driver's licenses, they had to organize everything themselves. Now Busi is suddenly going to work at the Miss USA organization, whereas not so long ago Chloe said she won't have to go soon.

While she is busy writing everything down on the diary, she pauses and tries to involve Heaven, her husband for his input. Heaven, not thinking for a moment that his wife is suspecting that her wife's boss, Chloe might be lesbian, he just tells her that maybe Busi reminds Chloe of herself when she won the title of Miss USA years ago and she adores her, maybe again because Busi is from South Africa and she is of different tribe.
