QUEEN (Christine's Secrets II ) With Delia finally out of the picture, Christine began making a name for herself throughout the first kingdom. She painted herself as the kingdom’s beloved, but in reality, she would be its downfall. She continually refused to acknowledge her mate, even with a soul pull. She felt her mate, Horris, was stupid for being a Knight. He was easy to fool. He still hadn't guessed that the woman he slept with on their first night wasn’t her. The power of illusions was a new gift she would relish to the extreme. It would help her with getting where she wanted to be in the future. However, this power had a limit for those who were more sensitive to it. Daxon was one of those people. She is the King of the Night Wolves. She had to use a second measure and that was the drugs. Her jealousy and greed toward Hannah had already sprouted a seed within the first kingdom, corrupting its purity and bringing a devastating blow to the once welcomed prophecy for the daughter’s three. It took a month of searching and investigating before Delia found her sister Hannah. In a small cabin on the outskirts of the Forbidden Forest and on the border of the Dark Woods, Hannah quietly read Daxon’s journal. Learning the bitter ugly truth about her sister Christine, dealt a heavy blow. She really was naive. They returned to the kingdom in secret and, with the help of the old wisdom tree, they were able to find Marcia. The wisdom tree was tied to not just the first kingdom, but many other kingdoms throughout the realm of time. It took several tries but they were able to find Marcia in the Fairy realm. She was the wife of the well-known fairy general and both were livid after finding that they had been used by Christine. Christine had earth magic, Hannah was the eldest, so wind and water and Delia fire. Together we were to bring harmony, wisdom, and peace. Christine had lied to Marcia, who was a grand herbalist. Christine said her kingdom was in trouble with wolves and not just any wolves, the Night Wolves. The Grand Fairies and Night Wolves had a long-standing feud between their ancestors that still stands now. The territories were split in half, becoming, on one side, the Forbidden Forest and, on the other, the Dark Woods. Anyone who stood neutral and had no beef with either party lived on the outskirts. This sat in between the two territories, from the Old Wisdom Trees Magic. Hannah and Daxon's union would finally bring peace due to wolves being part of fairy magic too. After some research, he and Hannah found out the feud was caused by a major misunderstanding. They both tasked themselves to finally repair the bond between the Fairy and Wolves after their union. Hannah’s pregnancy had put their mission on hold for some time. Giving Christine time to strike. Marcia and her husband also stood in agreement to end the feud. Everyone had family and friends that they had to secretly communicate or visit with within the two territories. They did not want their loved ones to be hurt or penalized if caught by the reigning parties. After hearing Marcia’s story and her dealings with Christine, they began to realize that their sister must have planned this for some time. Too many traps had been set and one person could not have done it alone. This meant that she had help and it was someone high up who knew the ins and outs of the First Kingdom and the surrounding territories. Marcia’s husband, General Fawn, set out to contact their king with the evidence Delia provided from her journey, unknowingly setting in motion a new prophecy. What was even more shocking, was that Marcia said that Christine was pregnant when they first met. This is what swayed her and her husband to help her without question. They believed that she had been r***d by the King of Night Wolves and forced to carry his child because his wife could not bear children. Delia, Hannah, and Marcia, now knowing the truth, could only wonder what happened to the child in her womb and who was the real father of her child. Christine did disappear for a time but reappeared the day before Hannah went into early labor, which resulted in a stillbirth. Now they could piece together why she had done so. If she already had the power to create illusions, was she really pregnant or was something more sinister afoot? With evidence in hand, Marcia traveled with them back to the first kingdom. A surprise met them upon their return. Christine was getting married to the head knight of the Knight League, Morris. On the surface, she was the reigning beloved, but in secret she planned. Delia, Hannah, and Marcia stealthily made their moves. Hannah and Delia subtly dropped hints to their father and mother. While Marcia presented the evidence to the high council in secret. Things continued to go unheard, which was strange. Christine already had the people of the first kingdom in her clutches. Delia was sent away and was only brought back to witness Christine's wedding. She had gone for an entire year. Hannah, this time, kept herself safe on the outskirts and became close friends with Marcia at that time. Together they discovered many things about Christine and why she waited for years before marrying Morris. Hannah, Delia, and Marcia grew closer during this time, secretly communicating with each other, and were overjoyed for Marcia with her amazing birth of seven sons. Within the year of Delia's other studies, she had met Prince Nathaniel. They started out as friends, both studying in the outer realm kingdom, and over time grew into something more. There was no movement at the time from Christine, but Delia, Marcia, and Hannah were still wary.
