"Okay, let me tell you... He is..."
"I don't know!" Ava suddenly shouted.
Cassie stared at her in disbelief as Ava continued gazing into space like a lost puppy. After all the suspense, this was her answer?
"Wait-what?" Cassie blinked. "You mean you don't even know the guy who got you feeling all wet and dreamy?" she yelled.
"Hey!!" Ava glared at her, flustered.
"If you're not going to tell me, then forget it! I don't care anymore!" Cassie huffed, folding her arms.
Seeing Ava completely zoned out again, she had to literally drag her out of the class.
"I just can't wait for the exams to be over," Cassie muttered. "I need to be done with this damn school. The rules here are insane! Can you believe I've never been to a club before? At my age?"
"Lazy girl," Seth chimed in. "No wonder you're stuck in 34th place-your brain's just too dull."
"You!!" Cassie spun around, fuming. She hated Seth's guts and his constant teasing.
Seth smirked. He was in Class A too, ranked 12th, and that's how he and Ava had become close.
Ava chuckled at their banter. She understood Cassie's frustration. Their life had been all about school, exams, and strict rules. Fun? The only real fun she'd ever had was the occasional amusement park trip when she was younger. Even camping had become a luxury. There was never enough time-or freedom.

*City: LA*
*WR Modelling Group*
*The Wilson's Royals*
The Wilson's Royals building stood tall and proud-one of the biggest billionaire-owned modeling companies in LA. It wasn't just the structure that turned heads, but the people inside it. Known for housing the most breathtaking men and women in the industry, WR made millions daily from brand deals, endorsements, and high-profile contracts.
The massive building, designed with shimmering glass from base to top, had *"WRE"* boldly written at the peak-short for *Wilson's Royal Entertainment*-a sister company under the same name. It was where top actors, actresses, and artists signed their biggest contracts.
Inside WR Modeling, the infamous *K2R* group reigned. Though all four members modeled, each had his unique flair:
- *Ryan and Rhett* were both vocalists.
- *Kayden*, a talented actor, also loved dancing and played basketball with Ryan during breaks.
- *Kai*, the youngest, was a dancer through and through. Known for his insane vibe on stage, he was also the group's main pianist.
They all looked effortlessly stunning as they posed for the camera-one shoot after another. Their expressions, body language, and confidence made the entire room freeze. Even the female photographer struggled to stay professional.
"How can someone be this handsome?" one whispered, giggling behind the lens.
It wasn't always smooth. Their previous makeup artists-eight of them-were all fired within a year for flirting or crossing the line with them.
Now, their current makeup artist? None other than *Moon Cheryl*, the popular YouTuber and first daughter of *Moon Hyun Ki* and *Park Sandra*-Cassie Moon's older sister. She was only 23 but already a name in makeup, dance, and fashion. She was currently studying at *WRC* (Wilson's Royal College).
Known for her bold, sassy vibe and unapologetic attitude, Cheryl was elegant, talented, and curvy enough to be mistaken for a full-time model. But modeling wasn't her thing. Despite offers from top agencies-including WR itself-she turned them all down. Dancing and makeup were her world, and in both, she ruled.
She had transformed countless faces into icons-whether turning someone into a queen, diva, or the ultimate "bad girl." Jealousy followed her, but she never blinked. Cheryl was in her own league.

Immediately after the shoot wrapped up, the boys stepped outside, flanked by Mr. JJ and their bodyguards. A wave of screams hit them instantly-fans had already gathered, holding up banners, signs, and phones.
"How do they always know where we are?" Rhett muttered under his breath, adjusting his shades.
In perfect sync, they all turned to glare at JJ.
"What?!" JJ threw up his hands, flashing his signature grin. "You know I don't leak schedules... Maybe the fans are just psychic now."
"Psychic my foot," Kai rolled his eyes.
Still, with the help of their trained bodyguards, they made it safely into their sleek black Mercedes-Benz, where their chauffeur was already waiting. The crowd roared louder, pressing against the barricades, flashing lights everywhere as the car pulled out of the driveway.
Some fans were crying, some screaming their names-*"Kayden oppa!"* "*Ryan saranghae!!"* "*Rhett! Kai! Over here!!*"
Even after the car sped away, the crowd didn't quiet. They held up K2R banners, still waving long after the vehicle had disappeared.
JJ, now rubbing his temples from the stress, got into his own luxurious black Rolls-Royce and groaned.
"Those brats," he muttered with a tired smirk before starting the engine and pulling off behind them.

*K2R Private Mansion*
The mansion was nothing short of luxury-an extravagant gift from Royal Wilson himself, Kai's father. Aside from their private building on campus, this estate served as their true home, a peaceful retreat from the flashing lights and endless schedules.
K2R was Wilson Royal's pride. Ever since the group's debut, their popularity exploded, drawing in massive revenue-not just through music, but also through modeling, acting, brand endorsements, and entertainment gigs. Their mansion, nestled in one of LA's most secured and serene neighborhoods, stood as a symbol of success. It came with four luxury cars, one for each member, handpicked by Mr. Wilson himself.
Despite the size of the mansion, they preferred a quiet household. Just two maids lived with them: *Granny Kim*, an elderly Korean woman, and her 20-year-old granddaughter *Michelle*.
Granny Kim was once the Wyatt family's nanny and had practically raised Ryan and Rhett. Ryan had personally requested she become their housemaid, trusting no one else with their space.
Michelle, her granddaughter, was more than just a maid's kin. A brilliant pianist like Kai, a growing model under WR Group, and a student of Wilson Royal College (WRC), she had been part of their lives since childhood. After being left in Granny Kim's care as a toddler, she grew up under the Wyatt roof. She was practically family.
Now in the mansion's warm music room, *Kai* tapped gently on the grand piano with Michelle beside him. Their duet was flawless-notes dancing in perfect harmony. The melody was soft, emotional, and powerful, echoing through the hallway.
*Rhett*, lounging nearby on a plush couch, bobbed his head to the rhythm, occasionally humming along.
*Kayden* sat across the room, phone in hand, lost in a text or perhaps scrolling through memes, one leg resting on the armrest.
Meanwhile, *Ryan* had isolated himself in his bedroom, his journal open, pen flying across the page as he wrote new lyrics-probably inspired by emotions he'd never say out loud.
A calm evening at the K2R mansion, but each of them was in their own world.
---
It was after a while that *Ryan* finally came down the stairs, hands tucked into the pockets of his dark pants. His shirt was slightly unbuttoned at the top, and the light from the chandelier above cast a glow that made his features stand out even more-calm, composed, and effortlessly hot.
"You all should meet me in the practice room," he said, voice firm but smooth, before walking past them without another word.
The remaining four exchanged quick glances. *Rhett* shrugged, *Kai* groaned lightly, *Kayden* rolled his eyes with a faint smile, and *Michelle* quietly stood, following along. No one questioned it. Ryan was their leader-when he spoke, they moved.
The *practice room* was a beautiful, soundproofed space. Spacious and modern, with polished wooden floors and walls lined with acoustic panels. Musical instruments were neatly arranged across one side: drums, guitars, keyboards, mixers, and a full sound system. It wasn't just for practice-it was their haven.
Ryan and Rhett walked to the front, each grabbing a mic with the confidence of artists who knew their worth. Ryan gave a subtle nod. Rhett returned it.
Kai and Michelle moved to the grand piano, their fingers ready. Kayden stood near the back, stretching slightly-preparing to move if the beat called for it.
Then came that moment of silence.
Everyone waited.
And just like that, *Ryan* closed his eyes, lifted the mic-and began to sing.
To be continued... ๐คโจ
