Excitement was an understatement.
She was ecstatic and overwhelmed!
This pleasure has definitely replaced the anger and trauma she felt.
But for how long.
Jade knew it'd last for a very considerable amount of time when she woke up the next day and he was still with her in bed.
His arms wrapped protectively around her waist.
Their toes mingled and she silently listened to his steady heartbeat.
Slowly lifting her head, she adjusted her messy hair to take a proper look at his face.
Jade never liked his piercing but now she realized how nice they looked on him.
Even his nose ring was kinda seductive.
‘Behave yourself, Jade!’
She didn't know if it was because she got laid or she actually meant it.
Then his tattoos caught her attention.
All these tattoos should have a meaning right?
But what kind of experience made him get all that?
Were they good or bad?
How many times or how bad can a man really get hurt?
She traced from the little upside down crucifix just below his left eye down to his neck and shoulders.

So he is a Gemini.
Her fingers stopped at a very particular one.
It was an image of a tsunami and a little house in it.
Jade quickly moved back with fright.
*Flashback*
“Justin!” Jade ran and never stopped.
With tears in her eyes and regret in her heart, she only had one name on her lips.
Now she has seen her wrong and she is willing to pay for it. And she'll stop at nothing to make it alright.
“Justin!" She desperately called as the aggressive wind blew her hair back, pushing her with a great force but there was no stopping her.
His words still rang in her head.
“I'll go far away, and you'll never have to see me ever again!"
He wasn't angry.

He was hurt and disappointed.
She didn't mean it, she never did. Hell, she'll turn the hands of time to rectify her wrong if she could.
“Justin!" Jade shouted with all her might, turning back to see the monster slowly approaching her.
*End of flashback*
“Jade?" Xavier slowly shook her which made her gasped as she turned to stare blankly at him.
He pushed away the strands of hair on her face and wiped the tears away.
“You're safe here" Xavier took her into his arms.
Jade loved the tender way he held her and was grateful he was there with her.
A knock woke her hours later.
“Xavier, we have news" Carrie walked into the room.
Jade immediately sat up when she heard her voice.
That leech!
“I'm pretty sure he can attend to it some other time? I'm not sure you noticed but we are on our honeymoon" Jade happily rubbed it in her face but Carrie didn't give her a reaction.
Xavier sat up behind Jade and placed a kiss on her shoulder.
“This can't wait, Xavier. It's him" Carrie seriously informed. " Raquel is already set”
Raquel is here too?
"I'll be there” Xavier noded and Carrie walked out.
“Really?" Jade turned to him but he only claimed her lips. “Stop!"
"I have to go”
“I don't want you to leave. Weren't you supposed to suspend office activities?" Jade frowned. “You didn't bring me to an island to abandon me for work"
“Look who's playing wifey" He chuckled while getting out of bed.
“Xavier!"
“I'll be back" He headed for the shower.
Can't he see how angry she is? And he is casually getting away with it!
It wasn't work that made her mad, but Carrie's presence!
Xavier placed a kiss on her forehead before leaving.
Jade fell back into the bed.
She met this stranger, nothing more than two weeks and now, she is married to him!
And oddly attracted to him.
What scared her was her reaction earlier.
Why did she feel scared he was leaving and might never return?
No, she can't form any kind of attachment with him.
Now, what was she to do with her life?
All she wants is for him to f**k her all day and night.
Jade took a shower and wore a simple floral dress.
She had always dreamt of being on this island so it's time to check it out.
Her little walk didn't yield anything because it wasn't exciting for her.
All she did was walk in the sand and that was boring.
And why did he take the whole day?!
Then she spotted him from a distance, wearing white beach shorts and white t-shirt that was unbuttoned, proudly showcasing his tattoos.
She knows that body anywhere.
Jade tried to compose herself by walking to him but who's she kidding? She missed him!
So she ran to him, yes she did.
“Looks like someone missed me" He chuckled when he jumped into his arms and he caught her.
“Shut up and kiss me"
Xavier didn't hesitate to plant his tongue into her throat.
“How was the walk?"
“Boring"
“How was work?"
“Boring" He smiled gently placing her down.
“Come, I have something for you"
Xavier took her back to the beach house.
A silk dress was placed on the bed.
“This is the surprise?" She happily picked it up.
“No, you'll have to wear that for the surprise" He said, taking off her dress.
The silk dress fitted her body perfectly.
He placed a necklace with a pearl pendant around her neck.
“You look ravishing" He kissed her neck and caressed the necklace. “This is the only thing I want on you when I f**k you later” He whispered in her ear.
Jade slowly exhaled and adjusted a little. She was shamelessly aroused only by his words.
Xavier blindfolded her and took her to a dinner date near the beach.
It was a table for two with two rose pillars decorated in an arch.
A bucket of red wine stood in the middle of the table with two wine glasses.
“Do you like it here?" He drew out a chair for her.
"It's wonderful!” She watched him pour some wine for her.
“I'd like to go on a tour, if you don't mind?"
“Then I'll be your personal guide" He slipped his wine.
“One thing I don't like though, Carrie and Raquel," Jade said. Xavier sighed and looked at her, dropping his glass.
Of course she didn't want to ruin their night but it had to be said.
“They are here for work, nothing's gonna change that”
Well she didn't mean to upset him.
" I think we should head back” He stood up.
" B-but we just got here” She stood to her feet.
" That's too bad then” He turned to leave but she quickly went in front of him.
" Wait” She seductively touched him. " I've always wondered what it felt like to be f****d on a dinner table under the stars on a very expensive island”
She watched him slowly swallow.
The anger in his eyes slowly gave way to lust.
She kissed his earlobe.
“Tell me you haven't fantasied about f*****g a very horny lady in silk. PS, she's not wearing panties so imagine how quickly you get to f**k her”
Jade dropped to her feet and pulled down his shorts.

He pulled her to her feet, cleared the table and mounted her on it.
