Flashback
(Jade's POV)
I quickly rushed out to the front pouch.
It was a cold night.
Justin was standing right there with smiles and a rose in one hand, all dressed up.
A confused look settled on my face because he gave me my birthday present earlier today and we spent most of the day together as well.
“What are you doing here?" I whispered, trying to take him away from the door.
“ I told you I have a surprise for you." He grinned.
“You didn't tell me you were coming over." Justin wouldn't move no matter how hard I tried.
“That's why it's a surprise! I want to formally tell your parents that you're my girlfriend," He sounded excited. “And I want us to do it together."
Was he out of his mind? Does he know who he was talking about? My parents? One of the wealthiest in the state?
