A week later.
“Mia, can you organize these materials?” Tatiana asked.
Mia walked over and received the papers. “Yes, my lady.”
Tatiana smiled at her, “Those are the summary for the businesses we invested in. Give them to Alfred once you’re done.”
“I understand, my lady. Don’t worry.” Mia said and smiled back. She gave a small bow before leaving the room to carry out her lady’s orders.
Tatiana, on the other hand, resumed her work. She's been quite busy over the last few days since she's personally overseeing all of the businesses in which they've invested. Although she has Alfred and Mia to help her, Tatiana was the one doing the conceptualizing and planning. Apart from that, they only have a week until their appointment with His Highness, so Tatiana, Alfred, and Mia are working nonstop to ensure that these businesses thrive and are well-known.
Currently, they invested in four small businesses that Tatiana is sure will succeed in the future. Tatiana chose these businesses while considering the demand for their products and the talent of the owners. She also used some of her knowledge from the novel and the modern world.
That’s why, despite the tight deadline, they were still able to make some progress and reach their goal. In just a week, the businesses flourished and the name ‘Investor J’ became known.

“Your Highness, did you hear?!”
Aaron dashed into the Crown Prince’s office and ran over to Noah. The latter just glanced at him then returned to his paperwork.
“If you’re referring to Investor J, then yes,” Noah replied simply.
Aaron looked at him in bewilderment. He couldn’t believe Noah is acting calm about this.
Investor J has taken the business world by storm. Every business owner, both commoners, and nobles are looking for him. They all want to have him invest in their businesses as well. Small business owners are understandable, but even the nobles who already have enough funds came looking for Investor J as well. That's because these nobles want was not the fund, but the advice and resources that Investor J gives.
In just a week, all of the businesses that Invested J invested in flourished. That demonstrates Investor J's intelligence and expertise, and everyone wants to learn from him.
“Then, why are you being so calm? This is a big thing!” Aaron exclaimed. “Even nobles are looking for him, that just means he’s that astounding!”
Noah looked up at him and shrugged. He also heard about that, and although this Investor J did seem impressive, he doesn’t have the time to worry about him.
“Are you just going to keep talking about that? What about the thing I asked you for?” Noah asked in his usual cold tone.
Aaron was already used to his personality, so he only did a fake cough and shook his head. Aaron let out a sigh.
“About that... I didn’t get anything,” he answered.
The past week, Aaron and Noah were looking for other clues about the culprit behind the bombing incident. They used all the resources they have and checked every possibility they could think of, but they still got nothing. Whoever that culprit is, he’s doing really well in hiding.
“I don’t like saying this but... our only option left is this person Tatiana is talking about,” Aaron added.
“I think so too.” Noah leaned back against his chair and sighed.
Although he trusts Tatiana, he still worries about that mysterious person she’s talking about.
“Ah, you’ll meet him tomorrow, right? I’ll go with you.” Aaron said.
Noah nodded. He also thinks Aaron should come along.
“What about your sister?”
“She said she can’t come,” Aaron answered. “Speaking of Tatiana, she’s been very busy these days.”
Noah furrowed his eyebrows, “About what?”
“Hmm...I don’t know too. She's stuck in her room all day while her maid comes and leaves. When I asked her maid, she just said that Tatiana was studying, but I don't believe this is the case.” Aaron explained.
Even the duke and the duchess were starting to worry about Tatiana. She rarely leaves her room and requests that her food is delivered to her. Mia, Tatiana's personal maid, was also seen rushing about and going in and out of her room.
There’s obviously something going on, but Aaron can’t just ask Tatiana. The past week, they only got to talk once in the hallway and it was very short. Tatiana just told him about the meeting with Noah and how she can’t go with them. After that, she never saw her come out of her room again.
“I see...” Noah muttered.
What could she be up to that she's so occupied?
“Anway, your highness. Are you really not interested in Investor J? He’s the reason why our economy has been improving again these days.” Aaron said, opening the topic again.
Noah glared at him and went back to his paperwork, ignoring him.
“What do you want me to do? Look for him?” he uttered, nonchalantly.
Aaron grinned and leaned over his desk, “Can you?” he pleaded, causing him a cold glare from Noah. Aaron clicked his tongue and stood up straight again
“Your highness, Investor J seems really remarkable. If you think about it, maybe he can help us with the investigation?” Aaron tried to reason.
Noah glared at him again before letting out a sigh to calm himself. “You said it yourself. Nobles are looking for him. If they can’t find him, that just means this Investor J doesn’t want to be found.” he stated.
Aaron thought about what he said for a moment, then he raised his hand as in surrender.
“Alright, alright. I won’t push it anymore. I’m just saying, he might be beneficial to us if ever...” Aaron uttered while still trying to convince Noah.
The latter just shook his head and ignored Aaron.
Though Noah thinks the same, he just can’t afford to waste time on someone whom he’s not even sure can help them. Investor J may be remarkable in the business world, but that really doesn’t mean he’s already capable enough to help them with the investigation.
When Aaron didn’t get an answer from Noah, he gave up and decided to put it aside. However, Aaron still plans to look for this Investor J even without Noah’s help. He has this feeling that this mysterious man who suddenly appeared and took the business world by storm, is someone who can greatly benefit them.
