The next day, Tatiana had just finished her morning exercises. She entered her room, and Mia approached her to help her prepare for her bath.
“My lady, you have several letters that came this morning. Do you want to read them after your bath?” Mia said as she helped Tatiana wear her robe.
“Yes, please. Also, is my brother home?”
Tatiana made her way to the bathroom, but not before looking at Mia and waiting for her to respond.
“Not yet, my lady,” Mia answered. Tatiana nodded and entered the bathroom for her bath.
While being in her bathtub, she couldn’t help but think about her brother.
Aaron hasn’t been home these past two days. The last time she saw him was during that night when they had a meeting with her as Investor J.
He must be busy with the investigation...
As much as she wanted to continue helping them with the investigation as Investor J, she figured it would be better to leave the rest to His Highness. That way, he'll be able to figure out the true villain on his own, and the novel won't deviate too much from its original flow.
The novel had already changed a lot, to the point that it almost caused her and other people’s lives during the bombing. That's why, despite her eagerness to get things along quickly, she shouldn't act rashly.
Aside from that, she also has other things she has to focus on. The hunting tournament is just around the corner, and Tatiana plans to meet Cali Williams before that.

Tatiana is well aware that this world is vastly different from the one she knew as Jane. Magic and magical creatures such as dragons, dwarves, fairies, etc. exist. But she never experienced nor saw one for the past year she lived as Tatiana. That’s why she never actually believed it.
However, when her eye color changed that one time, she realized that this world is not the same as the one she grew up in. Anything can happen in this mystical and fantasy world. As a result, there's a good probability she possesses unknown capabilities or, more specifically, magical powers. Besides, it was also mentioned in the novel that Tatiana ‘has yet to be awakened’. What that ‘awakened’ means, no one knows.
I have to find out what this awakening and the changing of my eye color means...
Tatiana sighed and submerged herself in the bathtub, trying to clear her mind.
Her sole purpose was to save herself and her family from a horrible fate. So, she must be aware of other changes that are influenced by her decisions in addition to ensuring that she achieves her goal.
Tatiana already made an agreement with His Majesty regarding her engagement with Noah. She has also set her influence and power through Investor J. Next, she’ll meet with Cali Williams soon.
A little more and I’ll be ready to face them all...
