Chapter 11: Adjusting to the New Life
After the honeymoon, Sofia and Jack returned to Italy, where they decided to start their life together. They moved into a small apartment in the heart of Rome, and started settling in.
Sofia found a job as a tour guide, showing tourists around the city and sharing her love and knowledge of Italian culture with them. Jack, on the other hand, decided to start his own business as a freelance graphic designer.
At first, it was a bit of a culture shock for Jack, as he had to get used to the new surroundings and the way of life in Italy. He found the language barrier and the different customs to be a bit challenging, but he was determined to make it work.
Sofia, on the other hand, was excited to introduce Jack to her friends and family and show him the best of Italy. They would often go out to eat at traditional trattorias, go on day trips to visit different towns and explore the countryside.
They both had to make adjustments in their lives, but they were determined to make it work. They often discussed their future plans and goals, and they both agreed that they wanted to start a family and have children in the near future.
Despite the challenges they faced, they were happy and in love. They knew that they had each other's support, and that was all that mattered. They were excited to see what the future held for them and were looking forward to building a life together in Italy.
