JAYNE'S POV
"Daddy, look at what she did to me!" Julie cried, my blood boiling from within me. My fists clenched by my side.
That girl never ceases to cause trouble.
At first, I was able to look away from the humiliation she caused me at the company, but how could she scald my daughter this way?
Trevor remained calm. "Jayne, treat Julie at the hospital and ensure it leaves no scar." His face held a frown as he watched Julie.
"It hurts so bad, Daddy."
Just then, his phone rang.
"Axel, what's the occasion?" He greeted. "What?"
A roar followed, the smell of his anger spreading across the room as my temper subsided.
A smile finally formed on my face at the realization of what had happened.
Aurelia is in trouble.
That was all I needed to extinguish the burning rage from within me.
