It was dead silence after I uttered those words. All you can hear is the car’s engine and the distant sounds from outside. Bobby is still sleeping and Leiline did not dare make a sound.
I would like to ask Xander what his thoughts are but I’m afraid to. I don’t know what it means but I am so nervous waiting on how he’ll react. I want to say it don’t really matter but it does. The reason is still unknown, but I’ll leave it at that.
I was expecting him to be mad. To the point that he might stop the car and demand Leiline and Bobby to leave the car. So I was so surprise when he remained silent.
Maybe he’s keeping his anger inside? I really don’t know.
