"Tell me why did your boss kissed you if he's not your boyfriend?"
Cate pesters on our way home. She keeps on asking that same question since we left the bar and she just wouldn't stop. And no matter what I say, as long as it's not the answer she wants to hear, she won't stop.
I told her the truth. Xander is not my boyfriend, lover, or whatever you want to call it. He is my boss. One that lost his mind and decided to humiliate me and ruin every single day of my current life. But she won't believe me.
I know she likes him. It's quite obvious with her actions. That's why she wants to know the score between the two of us. Though there really is no score between us in the first place. But I won't let her be with him. I won't allow my baby sister near someone like him.
