Harper held her phone with shaking hands. Beads of sweat started to form on her forehead as Ava's cruel voice echoed in her mind.
The thought of handing her one million dollars made it hard to breathe. She tried to think about the net worth of all her belongings, but her face turned pale.
"Luna, are you feeling alright?" Annie asked worriedly.
