Despite his work with the University, Jim spent more and more time travelling to deliver lectures and spent less and less time at home with Annabel and Olivia. When he was at home, much of the time seemed to be spent arguing with Annabel. He tired of the arguments which always revolved around the same subject, how much his work was taking him away from home.
