Jared POV

I miss Alex. Not being by her side makes me sad.. Ugh I sound so cheesy but I don't care for my Alex I'll be as cheesy as I can. But then I feel like I have her right with me. It's so weird maybe it's the bond?! laughing to my thoughts.

What's with laughing? Tony ask looking at me like I'm crazy. I look at him and just said. -Well I miss her but for some reason, i don't! Like she is here but she's not?! It's weird maybe it's the bond. He looks at me like I'm delirious. -Don't look at me like that I'm just saying I feel like she's right beside me. I said while playing with the bracelet Alex gave me. The eyes on this bracelet are glowing I then turn to Tony to show him the bracelet.

Look isn't this cool it's glowing. I stated totally fascinated with it. Actually Alex gave me one too, but not as fancy as yours. Mine is just simple. Tony then showed me his bracelet. It looks like a charm bracelet with one black orb ornament on it. Tony said looking at his bracelet.

Me too, she gave me one before we left. Henry raise his wrist to show us the bracelet.

Ohhh that's nice everyone have one!! I said with a hint of jealousy. I thought I was the only one she gave a gift, I then turn towards the window. This forest looks and feels ominous, like it's alive and hungry to eat up souls. Shiver shots up my spine when I saw a shadow pass by the tree, followed by a red shadow. I questioned myself thinking something ominous in this place. I blink and try to focus my eyes, maybe I'm just imagining it. I look again. THERE!! I shouted seeing the shadow and the red silhouette. What? what is it?? Tony said totally shock and ready to attack. -I saw a shadow or something jumping from the trees!! I said looking at the window. Bro it's probably nothing it's the Dark Forest. Tony stated disregarding my remark. Suddenly a dispirited and disheartened feeling surrounded me, it feels like my whole being is taking my happiness away, I felt sad and lonely. I felt Tony grab my arms. Bro do you feel that?! He said alarmed from what is manifesting. WHOA My bracelet, it's glowing cool. Tony said making me look at my glowing bracelet too but mine glows differently the whole emblem is glowing.

ME TOO!!  ME TOO!! Henry said looking nervous. I really do not like this Forest we need to get out of this road, ASAP! Tony said grabbing Henry on his shoulder. I agree to that brothers almost there. Henry stated looking spook. How far are we? I ask feeling concern. Maybe 45 minutes more Alpha. Henry said. Ok let's just get out of this road fast and safely. Now I know why Alex said even the witches dreaded this place. I said while being cautious. Let me text Alex.

That's odd!? She replies regardless of how upset she is!  I whispered but I guess it was loud enough for everyone to hear. I told you don't upset her with the over protective boyfriend s**t that you do!! Tony giving me a snide remark. I'm trying okay, it's not easy. As much as I want to ignore the fact that she is wolf-less it still comes back to it and it makes me want to protect her. I said and felt heartache.

Bro!! Tony said then took my hand and raise it in the air, his looking like a princes trying to confess his love.  You can be dumb sometimes, you can protect her always and WE can protect are Luna but do not be the person to show that you are doubting her capabilities. SO PULL YOUR HEAD OUT OF YOUR ASS, AND BE THE MAN SHE NEEDS.!! Tony said shoving my hands, acting like a brokenhearted princess. You are funny bro, dramatic!! I said laughing. But he is right. If my pack can see how much of a strong Luna Alex is, I have to learn how to embrace her weakness as her strength as well. I thought. I just hope she replies I'm getting worried of her. I thought.

Alex POV

This forest is dark. I'm not just talking about no light dark but cold sinister evil aura vibe type of s**t.

I wonder why the council choose to be in this kind of atmosphere?. So far the drive is okay. Good thing I can cover my scent, non of my boys have notice or smell me. It's only been 2 hours since we enter the dark forest. And seriously I just want to exit this wicked road. Laying back down on top of this jeep trying to be as relax as I can. When I felt someone lurking and following, I sat up surveying the surrounding. When I notice someone jumping from the tree. I immediately stood up, narrowed my vision to see where the next jump will be. GOT YOU!! with no intentions of letting this creature get away I jump out from the top of the jeep to the nearest tree. Then I followed the mystic figure. It jump from tree to tree and I pursue vigilantly. I finally catch up to the figure, it's a man? I immediately jump on him snatching his shoulders, I pulled him down to haul him. We hit the ground and he immediately pull himself up away from me.

WHO ARE YOU? I said giving him a stare. I know for sure I'm sending him my black aura. Since I know how to control my aura and concentrate the pain on my specific target. I can still feel the dark energy it emits, the coldness and emptiness of this aura is just disconsolate. He stood in front of me petrified, clenching his chest. He looks unsullied, body that can entice a normal being with an alluring eyes that can tempt anyone who stares at him but not me. Maybe because of the bond? I thought to myself.

WHO.ARE.YOU!! I ask again this time with my Luna voice making sure he understands who he is standing in front of. He then drop to his knees and struggled to utter something. -I am Nehemiah one of the guardian of the Forest. He formidably said. -Please I do not mean no harm. he added.

I finally let go of him from my black aura, seeing that he is not attempting to fight at all. Why are following my party? I said still in my attack stance he then stood up and bow for respect with his emotionless expression.

I didn't mean to frighten you or your party, I'm simply protecting the forest from anyone who is in the territory. He said in a soothing way. 

Well you didn't frighten me. I said sternly. s**t! it did. Who is not going to feel frighten when you feel  someone watching you intently. I thought.

So you are just watching, no ill intentions?  I ask smirking and curiously.

No, Luna. I'm a Spirit for the Forest, a Fae. We don't tend to hurt anyone unless it becomes a threat. We are not bound to anyone but simply just the Fairy Realm. he said. So do you find me a threat? I sincerely ask. he narrowed his looks at me, and observe like his trying to read my thoughts.

You are a werewolf am I right? he said tilting his head with questioning look.

Yes! I said with confidence.

But yet you don't have a physical wolf in you? He cunningly said.

And you don't have a wing? physically! I answered in sarcasm.

Well not all Fae or Fairy have wings! He blurred out looking like he was offended.

Well not all werewolf have wolfs!! I said just to say in return, actually I haven't meet anyone who doesn't have a wolf but he doesn't need to know that! Suddenly I felt my phone vibrating. Not now I thought.

touché!. He said then gave me a smile. Wow you can smile?! I said tilting my head towards him and smiled. Well yes, I guess. We really do not talk to anyone, actually I've never have talked to anyone who have pass this forest. You are the first. The power you have showed earlier, is very dark but yet I don't sense the presence of it anymore. What are you? He ask in all seriousness..

Well as far as I know I'm a were-witch and I have a control of dark and light magic.

That is a very powerful magic you posses Luna. He said, making me curious maybe he knows something about my power or maybe he knows someone that does. I thought.

Nehemiah! I called for him.. Yes Luna? he answered. I look at him and said. -Do you mind running with me? I want to follow my party until they cross the Forest safely and maybe we can talk more? I would need some company! I said, waiting for him to respond. -It would be a pleasure. He said and smirk.

Good, lets go! we both then jump from tree to tree, well Nehemiah seems like his gliding from tree to tree. we finally catch up and I can see the jeep, they seem to be okay. I sigh in relief knowing that Jared is okay. Seeing that there is no treat in the forest, I decided to jump ahead and just wait for them to get to the council gates.

After 30 more minutes of running, I was halted by the massive wall in front of me. Black walls that surrounding the council grounds. By the road I can see a gate. I can sense magic surrounding the walls. I notice surveillance cameras around the gate and does not have guards but a gate intercom. 

Luna! Nehemiah quietly screamed at me. I look at him and notice he stop as well. Wow this is huge!! I whispered. -Yes and dangerous for my kind just like how your power is. He stated.

Okay!! Now we really have to have a chat!! I said looking at him sternly. I need to know if he knows anything about my powers.
