Ep. TWENTY SEVEN

Jared POV

Its's going to be a long drive home. that dreadful meeting we had at the council. Going home was a bit difficult security was alerted last night, Apparently there was an intruder that attack Selene at first concern hits me, but seeing everyone in my party was ok specially the Prince and Mom don't give a s**t who attack her. We didn't get to see Selene when we left which I don't mind.

The Prince requested I ride with him and Princess Isabella so we can talk before getting home. I was informed about the back story of Gideon and that we should keep Alex safe. I've informed them about Alex have healing ability and her Black Aura and that made them gasp and there eyes says fear and proud at the same time. The thought of keeping her in the dark may not be the best idea I thought. but if that will give her peace and keep her have peace, not the bombarding nightmares, why not right?

The bracelet that Alex gave you is from the Royal Vault, I've always set her up with dates because I want her to be taken care off. we didn't know back then that she will actually find you. My parents (king and queen) gave her a pair for her 16th birthday so when she finds her mate. the gems are supposed to glow when your mate is near you. Princess Isabella said looking at the bracelet. But I think she did something to it. it's glowing differently and also the bracelet your Beta and Gamma have that's like what the Royal Guards have but fancier I guess because of the orb but non the least, it's been glowing since you guys have arrive in the Council and obviously caught the interest of Selene. The Prince said.

If what I'm thinking is correct...Isabella look at the Prince then look at me.. Alex possess both Magic, Black and White. And all of us knows That only one had controlled both, their are only few witches that possess White Magic making them rare. But to have control of both magic! That's special, exceptional as it is extraordinary.  Witches can either have Black Magic or White Magic. But not both.

That's the reason Gideon was so obsess with Caroline because she have both, honestly I've only seen her Dark side when we are young, she said it disappeared when she turns 17th after that nothing. (she then took my hands and place it on her lap) Jared, Alex will be 17 a month after yours I'm afraid that Gideon is truly alive and will be after Alex because of the magic she possess, she was never aware of it growing up. but now she has knowledge of it. swear to me you will protect my little princess. I can see tears escaping her eyes. I let go from her grip and place my hands in her arms. 

Princess Isabella, Mom, I would die before I let anyone hurt Alex. I promise you that is the only thing I can say before straighten up to my sit. the rest of the ride was a bit quiet. We heard a gasp from one of the Royal Guard and he said he though he saw a spirit pass by the trees, I said I saw a red one the other day confirming him that his not going crazy, I think we all share the same feeling about this Dark Forest. Creepy, dangerous and Death will come to anyone who choose to stop.

Prince and Princess was talking about security details for Alex, the Prince said they will be sending 2 royal guards just to add security for Alex, which I decline at first knowing that we are a War Pack, security wont be an issue. But then a few more convincing minutes from Mom, I finally said yes. hey how can I deny her if it's for Alex safety.

After we pass the Dark Forest, I switch back to my Car already and separated are ways.

Daniel and Roger decided to stop by before driving back to Crescent Moon, Daniel said he wants to see Alex for a bit. I was quiet when I got to the car, trying to remember and think of the situation. I've informed Tony and Henry of the talk I had with the Prince and Princess both of them were uncomfortable about them keeping it secret from Alex but they do not have a choice but to follow it through.

When we finally arrive at the border, we were stop by the presence we saw in front of us. It was Alex and she is looking so dang fine!! all of the worries I had swirling my mind disappeared. Seeing the beauty standing in front of me, I literally jump out of the car and started running to her. Goddess I miss her so much but suddenly my smile turn to a frown when I saw what's going on...

Alex POV

Before leaving the Fairy Realm I get to play with kids and other fairies. It was a fun, calming experience, Nehemiah's mom insisted that I change clothes because of the damage my clothes have,. She didn't want me to walk around with rip clothes, the dress that she gave me is so pretty, a flowing bottom just below the knee, a cute periwinkle in color, off shoulder, it hugs my body nicely. 

I finally said bye to the Elders, promising that I would visit again soon they told me that I can come back anytime by myself if I want too the portal is open for me. Nehemiah accompanied me back to the Dark Forest, and  said are goodbyes. A promise that I would see him again and maybe he can visit me at the pack. I then spotted cars leaving the Council, I notice Jared was riding with my Mom and Uncle. I wonder why but then I just shrug it off, nothing wrong with that. We jump from tree to tree following them. The thought of what happen to my Godmother keeps on bothering me. I've got to control this powers and I wont let it consumed me. Actually I've never had that feeling, but of course the thought of it still lingers. I'm actually excited to get back home, I need to visit the library for books of spells My Godmother has. If I want to protect myself and my love ones, I have to learn everything that I need to learn.

After they pass the Dark Forest, Jared rode back in the Jeep. My brother is driving just behind them. His planning to see me I thought, which made me excited I always miss my brother. I travel pass them, just so i can go home. I have to fix the our room, I put a decoy fake body in the bed so if ever the guards decided to peek in the room they can see something in the bed covers. Such a teenager sneaking strategy, I though. I mean it work obviously since no one reported that I've been missing right. I got to the room from my balcony and clean up the room. Wow everything is the same the morning I left, TV on, bathroom light on. they really believe my decoy. amaze and dumbfounded at the same time. I walk to the door and abruptly open it, making the two guards jump,

Luna!! anything we can help you with? you have been sleeping so we didn't want to bother you for anything. One of the guard said.

Oh nothing I just want to see you guys and say good morning. I said smiling but laughing on the inside. I then close the door and jump out from the balcony again I wanted to be at the border to greet Jared first hand. I can finally see the border, again. I sneak pass the patrols. Which annoyed me a bit, the thought of me sneaking pass them twice already in the spun of maybe 30 minutes with no sweat worries me, but then that's why I was called the shadow. I can sneak anywhere not being spotted,

hmmp remember I have the talent to conceal myself except for that slime incident. I thought annoying of my reputation can be ruined good thing no one saw what happen made me laugh inside.

I then walk myself towards the Border Ark, the Patrols immediately reacts to my presence, startled and surprise they can't believe I would come to the border. the main Guards standing by the Ark bowed for respect and I immediately dismiss them, I really don't like formality I told them, which made them at ease, I don't want to be known as the power tripping, b***h of a Luna, I want my pack to respect me for me and not the position I hold.

Luna you have no escort? Where are those inutile guards!! Valtiel said with worried face he started linking.

Valtiel is this tall , muscular gray hair of a guy good fitting for a 40 years old but then again all warrior in this pack is fit and just bloody gorgeous, if you know what I mean.  He is the Patrol Captain for the borders. Next to Henry the Gamma. He supervise and lead the Patrol Guards. He is mainly stationed here at the Northern border for this is the most dangerous border. Then after a maybe 3 minutes time, two warrior showed up. 

Luna!! both warrior squeal in unison. I chuckled at the looks of them evidently scared of getting reprimanded I look at them and said. 

Do not worry Valtiel I sneak pass them, I want to be here so when the Alpha arrives he can see me right away, I miss him so much you know. I then smile and wink at Valtiel.

That is so sweet of you Luna, but still it is there job to look after you. Valtiel look at the two Warriors and raise his hand like his throwing a punch. I look at him and hysterically laugh at the gesture. everyone look at me and started laughing as well. We shared a couple more laughs with each other. And I told them I cannot wait to train with them they all look at me surprise but with proud smiles towards me.

I notice my Bracelet glowed and I can spot the Jeep coming to my sight. HIS HERE!! I squeal in excitement.

Luna nothing yet! Valtiel said smiling at me. obviously my vision is a bit more keen, due to my training I guess. after a minute the Jeep is visible to everyone. Okay I can see they are hear, Luna. Valtiel look at me amaze but questioning look.

I told you, it's my Love I would spot him from miles away! I said with a huge smile in my face. I can't wait to see him. I want to hold him and just hug him. I feel butterflies in my stomach, I can't wait to touch him, kiss him. and just be with him. I felt my stomach turn, omg I super excited I felt sick. I immediately run to the side thinking I have to hurl my guts out. Good thing it was nothing, I felt acid in my throat. it's probably because I've not eaten a decent meal I thought.

Alex baby?! what happen, are you ok?  I felt Jared's hand rubbing my back, I felt his warmth and I felt relax. I immediately jump in his chest, straddle my legs around his waist. I tried kissing him but stop, I feel a bit disgusted in the thought of me feeling sick. 

What's wrong are you still mad? he said noticing that I don't want to kiss.

No it's just the acid that is lingering behind my throat, I don't think I want to kiss you with that. I sincerely said. Maybe because I haven't eaten I didn't had the appetite since you left. I added then look at him pouting.

That is sweet baby, but not good you have to eat something or else you'll get sick. Jared mumbled c*****g his head on the side. What if I go on a trip, what you're not gong to eat while I'm gone?! He said starring at me with seriousness in his face his eyes turning black I know for sure his wolf is surfacing.

Who said I will let you go without me anyways!! this trip is the last one without me, do you understand. I said sternly looking at him, and his eyes turn back to his normal shiny blue and I know he understand what I mean.

Baby, that's a dang promise, I am not going to any trips without you. I miss you so much I can't imagine being away like that again. he said. suddenly a coughing sounds break me and Jared's conversation.

Ahem...maybe you two can break this off right now! we can go settle inside the Border and the House first, before you two do a make out session. I honestly do not want to see my baby sister in this... (Daniel pointing all over towards me and Jared) position, it's a bit disturbing for me. I'M THE BROTHER 

for f*****g sake!! EWW the sweetness is just overflowing. Daniel said and with that everyone burst out laughing.
