Obey me

605 Words
**The next morning** The sun shone so bright that it could blind someone's eyes if not careful. I woke up in a luxurious room. I kept wondering how I got here, trying to remember what led me to this giant bed, made with pure white duvets But my mind clicked off "Wait... I hope this isn't Damian's room," I said to no one in particular. Then I rushed to the door banging on it "Open this door, right now!" I shouted. Immediately I heard the keys clicking from outside the door I immediately took a nearby iron and held it up high waiting to hit the intruder The door creaked open but when I tried hitting the iron I received an amazing kick which sent me back flipping. I growled hard raising my face up to see who it was. "Next time you shouldn't try that. You nearly died," Vincent said. Sounding like someone scolding a little kid “I'm not a kid. What do you want?” I said. "I didn't come here to answer your questions. Take this," Vincent said. Throwing a pile of clothes on me. “Wear them and come downstairs. The Boss is waiting” After that he left. "Wear them and come downstairs," I said, mimicking him. ***** After taking my bath, I walked down the stairs in heels, struggling to maintain my balance. "You are late," Damian said coldly. "Yeah, I know, if your assistant didn't have to send me a flying kick while trying to defend myself.” "Be quiet," he said harshly. "Wait..." I said, pausing my steps. "Where are we going?” "Do you need me to chain you like a dog before you follow my rules?" His words sounded like a sharpened blade. I kept quiet knowing fully well my mouth was gonna put me in trouble if I didn't mind myself. Damien entered his car while I followed him at the back The drive was quiet not even the breeze dared to make a sound. **BOARDROOM** Serarphina's POV The boardroom was cold, quiet and worst of all, I was alone with this so-called Devil. “Damien”. The client we had been waiting for arrived. "You're late, Constantine Petrov," Damian said. "I'm sorry, Mr Blackwood,”Mr Petrov said. "Let's get to the deal," Damian said coldly. Mr. Blackwood, these arms here are premium grade. These are good ammunition that shoots 5 birds. These rounds were produced in March, which cost just 20 million euro. You would love it,Mr. Petrov said nervously. While Damien examines the arms, I noticed the casings look different the samples he showed earlier, and the metal composition appears cheaper. Wait… "Mr. Petrov, didn't you mention these rounds were manufactured in March? But the stamping on the casings shows February production dates.” Not minding the rules I had just broken but I only did it to expose the truth. Damien looked at Petrov who was busy looking for a way to cover up his rebellious act. But Damien quickly pushed his gaze towards me, his eyes like fire burning through the souls of hell reminding me that I just broke one rule. "Get out!" Damian said, shouting furiously at Mr Petrov. Mr. Petrov, gripped by fear, ran away. But Damian released the most shocking and dangerous word, which pressed my heart like a hot iron and made me freeze on the spot where I stood. "You cost me 20 million euros and made me look weak in front of a client. That requires... correction. Disobedience has a price, little bird. You're about to learn what it costs.”
