Arriving at Rome Secretary Lina and I waited for our luggage to come out. While waiting I asked secretary if she already called a car.
“The hotel we checked in already provided us the transportation so I didn’t make arrangement for it,” she said.
I just nodded at her indicating that I understand and after our luggage is found we exited the airport.
In the receiving area secretary Lina and I looking from left to right to find if our driver is already waiting for us.
I started to get irritated when I didn’t see one. I know that I cant blame them but they are really so unprofessional. Haven’t they know the time of our arrival? Why is that they are late for the appointment?
“Could you call the hotel? Why is that the car still not there?” I asked secretary Lina to call the management.
