The uniformed crew greeted me with a smile. Secretary Lina reported my name and then leads me into the box.
I saw the box still empty. The other party was late, I didn’t make a comment and just sat down waiting for their arrival.
Secretary Lina was busy organizing the files. There was a knock on the door and a service crew walked in with a menu.
My secretary stopped her work and looked at the menu. She already did a research about the other party about their eating habits and reported series of dishes.
“.. vegetarian salad that’s all. Remember to delivered it after 20 minutes,” secretary Lina said and returned the menu to the service crew.
The service crew respectfully bend his body and walked out the box. Secretary Lina resumed to her work making sure that everything was in place.
