CHAPTER TWELVE Although it had only been a week since she had walked into the Anchorage FBI Field Office, it felt like a lot longer. Having only spoken to the ASAC, Paul Golightly, once in the flesh, Sadie felt uncharacteristically nervous as she waited for him to join her in the office. A fresh-faced young agent had shown her through, peering at Sadie curiously.
