The Immortal foundation art was divided into 5 stages each one with a visible difference in power from the last; The first stage would make it so he could withstand a blow from a person of the same cultivation without taking any form of damage also granting him a faster recovery rate than most, the second stage would make him Invulnerable to attacks from those Half a Realm above him depending on the Realm of Cultivation ( from 5 - 8 ranks ahead depending on the realm) he is in also giving him a lesser healing factor that heals all external wound plus resistance to weaker poisons, The third stage is where the real difference lies, he would be invulnerable to those a full realm above himself be able to heal all external and a majority of internal injuries within a short period of time, he would also be able to recover severed limbs In less than a week and regain function of the week the day after lastly, he would be immune to all forms of poisons and Backlash even if the backlash resistance takes a slight mental toll.

The fourth stage of the Immortal foundation art Is even more amazing, He would not be harmed by those 2 realms above himself, while the art provides such things it only applied to physical strength any elemental or origin arts would likely harm him, he would be immune to all poisons, backlash and have an area of control of exactly 10 kilometers allowing to sense all physical attributes of the area giving him a sixth sense of sorts, he could also fully recover his body no matter what state it was in within a week giving him a form of physical immortality, he would have a relatively high resistance to Elemental arts ( eg. Frost lance immortal arts, Burning fist forms, thunder tribulation forms) and slight resistance to origin arts (eg. Ying blade manifestation, Divine forms of Fist, soul form stages). He would be able to hover above the ground lightly and move at speeds nearing the speed of sound ( In this novel this equates to 25,000 kilometers an hour).

The Fifth Stage of the, however, was a clear cut above the rest, He would be invulnerable to all normal attacks from those 3 realms above himself, He would be invulnerable to 95% of all elemental arts power and 60% of all origin arts power, he could instantly recover from all injuries for the rice of slight mental strain, he would have an area of control that covered 250 Kilometres that gave him a higher form of the sixth sense on a psychic level, he could tell the nature of anything within his area of control with a slight mind reading, but should he focus on specific targets he would be able to break their entire mentality down and see whatever good or harmful thoughts they may have of topics he is looking for, he would be able to fly outright and move at 100 times the speed of sound naturally.

As for How to train this art, it was a self-harming art in a sense that forcefully pushed one's senses, One was required to flood their body with Qi energy and trigger their cells while simultaneously reinforcing their bone durability and flexibility my battering and reforming it constantly. He had done this for 3 hours a day for the past week by using Link power to forcefully trigger these effects, an action that he noticed brought better effects than the normal procedure, allowing him to master enter the first stage in four days with him being able to reach the stage two within the next month even though the first stage initially took three months to master an the second being a year and a half without rest.

To recover He brewed various natural herbs and medicines that target vitality so he could move on to his other training, as a matter of fact, the only reason he had not reached the Training camp was that he wanted to reach the first stage of all the arts his family had passed down to him before awakening his cultivation talent.

He was precisely utilizing the Phantom steps to make his way to the training camp, to his knowledge the camps experts should have left for the Sacred hall by now.
