Liana POV
The loud boom shook the pack grounds, making my heart leap to my throat. I stumbled, clutching Darius for support, as the walls shook.
“What was that?” I gasped, rushing inside the pack’s gate.
Kaden ran before us, and so did the warriors. A few of them formed a circle around us for protection.
“It’s Nero’s house!” Kaden shouted, looking at a message on his phone. “The explosion took place in his house!”
A chill ran down my spine. How did Nero’s house explode?
When we neared his house, we noticed how smoke billowed from his house. People screamed, running in all directions. My chest tightened in fear as I scanned the chaos.
