“Jordyn,” my voice was small and defeated.
I wrapped my arms around myself and whimpered, still shaking with fear.
I couldn’t tell him what had just happened. There was no way he could find out someone did this to my apartment and the person wasn’t me. I had to do everything in my power to hide that from him.
