"Hello?" Nora said, answering her phone. She couldn't believe Brian was calling her.
"Hey. It's me." He said.
"Yeah, I know." She said nervously. "How are you?"
"Honestly, a bit concerned." He said. Nora frowned.
"Why?" She asked, noting he sounded a bit flustered.
"Have you seen Stacey Martin lately?" He asked. Nora was quiet.
"Hello?" He asked.
"Ummm, Yes. I'm here. Actually, I just saw her yesterday." Nora said.
"Where?" He asked.
"At my house." Nora said.
"She has your address?" He asked incredulously. He didn't think Nora would want to keep contact with her after finding out about her lies.
"Yes but I have no idea how she got it. I've gone to great lengths to avoid her." Nora said. "She just showed up."
"I see." He said.
