"No." Nora said, staring at the test results the doctor handed her. Brian was standing, leaning against one of the counters closer to the door, a huge smile on his face.
The doctor looked at Nora curiously. Nora was still, the feeling like a hundred different ants were crawling all over her took over. It wasn't itchy, it was a small tingling and as she processed the information she began to nod... and then laugh- quite loudly.
"Oh my god." She said in between laughter, tears beginning to form at her eyes. Brian had been trying to hold in a nervous chuckle but now it just came out. loudly.
