Blanca Ruiz-Carlton stepped across the marble floors of the Hilton in Okinawa, snapping her fingers for the bell boys to retrieve her bags from the car she had hired.
"Good afternoon. Welcome to the Hilton- My name is Hiromi. Do you have a reservation?" Hiromi asked, approaching and meeting her at the door. Blanca sighed.
"I suppose I should. My son is staying here currently, he said there would be a suite ready for me." Blanca said, looking around and thinking that this hotel needed vast improvements.
