Silver Moon made a sign with her hand and just sent the prince on his way to the throne room where the War Council already gathered to receive him and allow him to speak. Being from another world, he was not really a member of their society but being a shadow, made him a man from the same culture. He was a shadow of the Warchild House. They had to decide if they are going to receive him properly like a prince. As dangerous as the last prince welcoming seemed to be, they decided to listen to him and find out what he has to say, in order to decide what to do with him. By now, they all knew he was Baka's younger brother. Baka came into this world about 19 years ago, when the portals opened again. He was left alive with 3 of his men and sent to a Warchild border ground city in order to learn the customs and he was received and treated as a prince of the House of Warchild as he claimed to be. After he learned the old laws, he just left the castle he was assigned to live in, and searched for the king in the Moutai kingdom. At that time, Iris of Warchild was the queen of king Dai Hu of the Moutai people. He insulted the light king in front of his men, and declared he would be a better husband and he was able to give a pureblooded heir to the throne of the shadows. He attacked the king's men, and the king killed him instead. The king of the shadows did not let the insult go unnoticed and executed prince Baka and some of the ministers part of the War Council. Since then, the ministers refrained from commenting or accepting any claimant so easily as not to destabilize the throne and the succession itself. So Kaion, being alive at this point, was dangerous. As a Warchild pure prince blood, he had a claim to the throne from the beginning. If there would be anyone interested to invest their resources in him, he would be in a position he could challenge the king. The king had to make a decision. So far, Kaion did not know anything about Baka being here. At some point, he will find out, because someone with "good intentions" would tell him something. Finding out that his brother was killed by the king's hand, will put him in the position to make a choice. The king did not have the time nor the interest to pamper the new prince. He was a prince, but not here, he was a prince in his world and he should focus on getting back home. But if there was a chance that he could not... well... then, just like Baka, he will make an attempt. And now, there was more than one way to pave the way to the throne. Silver Moon took her place in the War Council room, as all the royal blood were required to be present and learn the politics of the kingdom. They all had their place very well established and they were raised in such a manner that they did not ever question each other's roles to play in the kingdom later. First, there was The Crown prince, Tiger, who was the king to be when his mother would fall. Then, all the brothers and sisters would take part in the small War Council. Their own, Warchild clan council. First, there was Moon and Shade, the elders after Tiger. The twins could feel themselves and be pretty close to the next in line, Xande. For the present, Xande and Shade were forging their skills in battle, at the borders wars. They were already precious addition to the shadow army, as they were great tacticians and they were both in charge of all the border fortresses. It looked like Shade was the conqueror, while Xande was the defensive specialist. They both gain their military ranks fast, with no intervention from the king's part, proving themselves in battle and winning the men's loyalty all by themselves. The king did not allow yet for any of them to have their own private army, but if there would be needed, they both could count on their men, who fought with them, and knew them and they were already loyal to them. Of course, being at the borders, Moon's brothers were not present, so she had to be, while Tiger was also on his way, bringing the stranger's sister and her friends. Hie... females. What a strange world that must have been. One that gives women no right to their own lives. One that was treating them like cattle, with no mind for themselves. So different than her own world. In here, her mother taught them all they speak their mind. She also taught them to keep quiet instead of starting a war. Of course, Moon was the one that felt it was so difficult not to speak her mind, and being a Royal Blood helped get her out of some situations that would not have been fortunate for her if she would have been just a commoner. That taught her the difference when the power was making the law. So she focused on getting power, the way only a woman can. She studied the laws, learned them by heart, she spent a lot of her time in the House of the Sun, learning new things and technology. Learning how to produce weapons. Her little sister was also following her every step and she was very creative. Amenah was very smart and they were always sparring together, training every day, just like their parents. They always say, "train your body as well as your spirit!" and all the children were following the rules. And they would complete each other, like the pieces of a great puzzle. And they loved each other to such an extent, that they were teaming up with great loyalty when it came to any conflict without any other from the outside.
