William woke me up by walking on my head. He was a very persistent cat, and nothing got in the way of his tummy.
“William! You’re driving me nuts. Let me sleep a few more minutes. It’s only 5 a.m.”
William rammed his head against my leg as if he was trying to nudge me out of bed. He scampered over and started to lick my face.
“Ok! I’m up. You win, asshole.”
Jazmine was sound asleep and snoring like a motor.
“William! Please don’t wake up Jazmine. She needs the sleep. You are going to be a big brother very soon.”
