CHAPTER 3 The rest of that day goes by uneventfully. And it’s boring as hell. That night I decide to change that. I’m not working, I have zero responsibilities and I’m young. So it just makes sense to join up with some old friends to go out and get stoned as s**t on some good pot. It’s just that by the time I get home, my eyes are all bloodshot and I’m pretty spacy in the head. I hope to hell that mom and Charlie are asleep. Of course, they’re not.
