Kane POV- “Get the Alpha here urgently, please,” I requested. A few minutes later the former Alpha arrived with a four-man escort. “Kane, Dante,” the Alpha acknowledged as he was brought in. “Hello Kordell, I hear it isn’t Alpha Kordell anymore, is that correct? You abruptly gave up your title and rank?” I asked wanting more information about those events. Kordell sighed, a heavy sigh, “Yes, that is correct. We all knew, and agreed upon, that once she had awakened, giving up the title, rank, and pack was the right thing to do.” I shook my head, “Yes, Kordell, we did agree on that, but we also agreed it would be done at the mating ceremony, AFTER we could verify her binding spell was broken, and AFTER we divulged all the necessary information.
