Sleepover

Alsie POV- My eyes opened slowly; I was fully clothed but in my bed on top of my covers with my small throw blanket covering me. No socks and no belt on. What is that noise? How did I get into my bed? Who’s snoring next to me? A quick moment of panic hit me in my chest hard. Calm down Alsie. It’s Andrew, I think. Oh, man, don’t look, pretend to still be asleep. “Stop pretending to be asleep. I can hear your rapid breathing. Can you please turn off that noise, Alsie? I think it’s coming from your phone.” “Umm, sure, OK.” I reached over to my nightstand and silenced my phone. “Andrew?” “Yea?” “What the hell?” I asked as I sat up on the edge of my bed and checked my phone. “What?” Andrew asked with a smile, starting to curl at the edges of his lips. “Seriously…” “OK, ok, fine. You had fallen asleep on that little, tiny couch, all balled up next to me. I didn’t want to disturb you, so I picked you up, brought you up here, and laid you down in your bed. You got restless, and I knew you needed some sleep, so I took off your socks and belt. I laid down next to you and covered us up with this microscopic blanket. You cuddled up next to me and fell fast asleep. I told myself I’d only stay for a few more minutes and when I knew you were good and asleep, I’d let myself out. But it felt nice laying down with you next to me. Before I knew it, I was asleep. Then that damn phone made that horrible noise and ruined it.” “That’s it? Oh, and my couch is normal-sized and so are my blankets. You’re just larger than life, and you snore,” I said, almost hoping for more to our cuddling story. “Yea, ok. If you say so. You’re like 5 feet nothing and everything in here is your size. Did you want there to be more to this story?” he asked me, smiling like a Cheshire cat. “No. I don’t know. Maybe. It was nice. I slept good and I guess we’re mates. That sounds weird.” “I slept good too. Weird how?” I could feel tension in his words. “Weird, like, we’ve known each other our whole lives. For quite a few years, we lived in the same house. I always felt safe and protected when it came to the three of you. I know Si beat up Jimmy for the locker accident, I know Ev paid off my car, and I know you’re the reason I got my job at the diner.” “How? How do you know all that? How come you never said anything?” “For starters, the party at the diner was a dead giveaway. Who has a big, I mean HUGE, party at a small diner? I never got a letter or a call about my car note, so I called the bank, and they told me it was paid in full. I didn’t pay for it. At first, I thought it was Si, because he demanded all the upgrades, and he knew it was a little out of my budget. But Ev kept asking me how I liked it, if it was driving well, and he told me if I needed any help with it to just call him. That’s his tell. Anytime he's up to something, he acts like he is really interested in everything to do with it, no matter what it is. Now the Si and Jimmy thing, that took me a minute to figure out. It was about a year after the incident, and I caught a strange interaction with those two at a training ceremony. It was then I knew with my whole heart that Si was the one who beat up Jimmy. I never said anything because I wasn’t 100% sure. Now that I’ve broken it down to you, how close am I?” “Oh sweetie, you got it lock, stock, and barrel.” He laughed effortlessly. “There’s more. I just can’t pin it down. Other things have happened to me or can’t be explained, but I know it’s you three. I don’t know which one of you did though.” I laughed, it felt good to laugh, I needed to laugh. I didn’t even realize that he didn’t have a shirt on, and I had laid back down next to him, our heads on the same pillow until he rolled to his side and softly kissed me. It was passionate but gentle, it took my breath away, but in a good way. My eyes closed and I softly moaned. It felt like we should be doing this for the rest of our lives. He lifted his lips from mine, propped himself on his elbow, and put some space between us. He looked deep into my eyes. I melted into him, my breath hitched. “f**k it!” I threw all caution to the wind. I reached my arms around his neck and crashed my lips into his. I let my lips find his with reckless abandon. I didn’t care that he was one of the triplet alphas. He rolled from his elbow and onto me. I spread my legs so he could nestle between them. I threw my arms around him. I wanted him to be closer to me. I wanted him. I parted my lips, so his tongue could enter me. I wanted to taste him. He gripped me tighter and kissed me back, his tongue finding mine. Then he abruptly stopped. He separated himself from me with a loud groan. “We can’t. Not that I don’t want to, because good goddess do I want to, but I’m not even supposed to be here with you right now. You know what my father told you. I know you know, because you told my brothers and me. My father doubled down on his warning last night.” “I know. Breakfast? I’m hungry.” “Huh?” “Food. Breakfast. Hungry. You understand food and the concept of hunger, right?” “Yea, but we were just…you know?” “Yea, Andrew, I know, I was there. Now get off me, let’s go downstairs. Let me make breakfast. You’re right. We’re not supposed to be seeing each other, so seeing each other naked would definitely get us in trouble.” A heavy sigh left my lungs. We both got up, I grabbed my phone, and we headed downstairs to the kitchen.
