Luca on the other hand was thinking of how ungrateful she was to not acknowledge that he had just helped her get away from luigi. He turned all of a sudden and caught her staring. She quickly looked away but he had seen her already.
"Do you have something you'd like to say Ms Howard?" He asked, hoping she wanted to thank him.
She shook her head as a sign to show that she didn't. Luca felt disappointed but said nothing. The rest of the drive home, was silent. By the time they arrived home, Carol was fast asleep in her bedroom as well as the maids.
