Chapter two the alliance

(Freya’pov) It’s been 2 months since the ceremony and I have been teaching the pups how to hunt and fight and diesel has now also found his mate her name is Silver and she is also nice her and Beth love me like a sister and they help me take care of the pack and my mum and brothers which is nice but we have been living here in peace no attacks by rouge or vampires which is making my brothers and I on edge we think they are planning something.

I also have found my mate but I have not told my mum or brothers cause my mate is a vampire and I am not sure how they will react but for now I am going to keep it to myself and try to stay away from daemon but I have no idea how long that will last because demon is driving me crazy but she knows that we can’t do anything about cause of what happened to dad.

Freya “ok kids training is over go home and we’ll continue same time tomorrow”

The kids nod and says there good byes and heads home.

I clean the training area and then head to the hut to get ready for the meeting with the leader of the vampire who is also my mate and I have to mask my scent so my mum and brothers don’t know.

(KNOCK KNOCK)

Taz “the leader of the vampire’s have arrived hurry up and get to the meeting room and I need you to be prepared for anything ok”

I nod my head looking at my brother and finish getting ready then head to the meeting room as I walk in I see the leader and his right hands they all look at me as I take a seat next to my brother Diesel and everyone takes a seat and we begin the meeting.

2 HOURS LATER

Taz “so it’s settled we will stay out of each other lands and hunt in our own”

Daemon “almost I have one more thing to add to the list”

Taz “what ?”

Daemon “I want Freya’s hand in marriage so that no one can break this alliance and we all would be stronger together as 1 clan”

Cole “no that is not happening”

Diesel “I agree with Cole we are not using our sister as a pawn in your games”

Taz “I will think and talk this over with my brothers and sister and get back with you to your question”

Daemon nods his head and then he gets up and leaves the our village back to his I look at my brothers with sadness and anger.

Freya “I will not marry a vampire I won’t allow and if you force me so help me Taz alpha or not I will put you down and bury you next to dad”

Taz “and what if it’s to save your village, your friends, people, brothers, mum what if it’s the only way to a true peace and he is right we would be stronger together and powerful pack”

Freya “what by having an alliance with the enemy the blood sucking beasts that killed our father and some of our pack members. No thanks I would rather slit my own throat before I marry a vampire and produce him heirs”

(Freya pov) I walk away out of the village to the waterfall before any of my brothers say anything else and I sit there and just scream as loud as I can till my throat is raw then I start crying wondering how I am going to get out of this and if I will ever get to make my own choice I mean not even 2 months ago my brother became an alpha and he made me the highest she wolf warrior and now he wants me to marry a vampire and have heirs like I’m a good girl and will listen I can’t be with the person who had a hand in murdering innocent women, children, men I won’t do it.

A few hours have gone by and I head back to the hut and see that my brothers are still awake and I just want to sleep but I know ow my brothers won’t let that happen unless we discuss this and by discuss I mean they tell me what to do and expect me to do it well I won’t not this time.

Taz “sit down freya we need to talk about this”

Freya “no we don’t I am not going to do this so get it through your thick k9 skull”

Taz “don’t make me use my alpha voice on you now sit”

I sit down with my arms crossed and rolling my eyes

Diesel “ok we are all not going anywhere until we come up with an arrangement that will make everyone happy”

Cole “there is no arrangement we are not letting our sister marry blood sucking monster end of discussion”

Taz “freya this is for our pack and family and us don’t you want to live life in peace not in fear”

Freya “I would rather live life on the run looking over my shoulder then ever marry a vampire please Taz don’t make me do this cause if you push me I will push back and trust when I say this brother you will not like my method”

I get up and head to my room and lay on my bed looking at the roof of my hut for a few hours before I start to dose off.

Diesel “Taz you can’t make her do this”

Taz “why not”

Cole “cause she is a pack warrior and pack warriors are ment to protect the pack and everyone in it not marry and carry heirs.

Taz “well what do you expect us to do then cause they have more members then us and if a war breaks out we will wiped out”

Cole “that’s still not your choice Taz she is a grown ass women not a kid anymore so stop treating her like one and forcing her into things she does not want”

Diesel “yes what Cole said Taz she is the best she wolf fighter we have and if we let her leave we will not cope she is the best hunter and fighter we need her hunting skills to survive and you know it”

Taz “what would dad say we would make her do it”

Diesel “you know that he would never let Freya marry a vampire he would rather t

Let our village burn down to ashes then ever marry her off to a blood sucker”

Cole “dad would have made us take her away and keep her safe from the world and from things like this the. Ever let that happen”

Taz “the day she was born I made a promise the no matter what I will protect her with my life and love her with all I have but how can I protect from a clan of 1000 vampire when we are a pack of 900 wolfs”

Cole “I do know but we will figure this out together”

Diesel “so we agree then we are not accepting daemons proposal ?”

Taz and cole “yes we will turn down daemon and his clan and if it comes to a war then we will prepare for one”

We all nod in agreement then all head off to bed and sleep.

THE NEXT MORNING

(Freya’s pov)

I wake up and it’s then next day I get up and check on my mum and she is still sleeping I then head to the pot and put on the fire to cook breakfast I then began to hear footsteps approaching me and I turn to look and it’s my brothers.

Cole, diesel,Taz “morning”

Taz “how did you sleep little one”

I look at Taz with hate in my eyes then replied

Freya “fine breakfast is almost ready”

Cole “your mad at us Freya”

Diesel “thanks for breakfast baby sis”

Freya “yes Cole I am mad at you 3 I have always done things you have asked me and never complained but I am putting my foot down now”

Taz “Freya”

Freya “I am a warrior and a hunter not a wife”

Taz “we are not letting you marry him so can you calm the hell down so we can explain”

I look at all my brothers in confusion but also skeptic.

Freya “your not ?”

Taz, Cole, Diesel “no”

Freya “what made you change your minds did you fall out of your bed ?”

Taz “you were right about what you said and your a warrior of the moonlight pack you made a vow to protect it with your life”

I look at my brothers then run and hug and kiss all of them then sit down and eat breakfast with my brothers we joke and laugh together having a good time.

Freya “so I have to tell you 3 something and I am scared on how you will react”

Taz, Cole, Diesel “what is it”

Freya “I found my mate”

Cole “who ?”

Freya “well”

Taz “who is it Freya”

Freya “if I tell you you can’t freak out ok cause you know we can’t control who our mate is and well I think the moon goddess is playing a joke on me”

Diesel “Freya !!!”

Freya “ok it’s daemon the vampire leader of the blood moon clan”

Taz “?? As in the vampire we had a meeting with last night”

I nod my head sitting there as my brothers look at me Taz has anger Cole has confusion and diesel has annoyance on there faces.

Freya“well say something”

Cole “how long have you known ?”

Diesel “does he know that you are his mate ?”

Freya“I have known since he came here and I took mum to the caves and we had to fight the vampires

And no I don’t think he knows I’m his mate I always mask my scent when I leave the village”

My brothers look at Taz and then look at me wondering what to say next.

Taz “have you done anything with him or claimed him as your mate ?”

Freya “no of course not he’s a vampire and is with the man that murdered our pack members”

Cole “that explains why he wants to marry you not cause of the alliance cause of you”

Diesel “yes that make sense”

Freya“but how I mask my scent when I leave the village and why would he want a wolf as his mate they think we are the weaker then them”

Diesel “exactly when you leave the village you mask your scent but not when your inside it”

Freya “so when he came here and smelt me and knew I was his mate great just great”

Taz “you are going to reject him”

Freya “what why”

Cole “he is a vampire and murdered our pack members and our father”

Diesel “not to mention he clearly wants you cause he is hell bent trying to get you to marry him and claim you as his”

Freya “ok if I see him I will reject him”

I get up and grab some breakfast for mum and head over to her office and give it to her.

Freya “here mum eat you have been in here all morning you need to keep your strength and energy “

Mum nods her head then I head out and grab my hunting gear then head to training as I arrive I tell the kids to pick a weapon and then we head to the forest and start hunting for animals for dinner.

Little boy 1 “I got one I caught a bunny”

Freya “shh keep your voice down good now head back and skin it so we can have it for a pack dinner”

The little boy nods his head and heads back to the village there are only 2 kids left to catch there dinner and then we can head back.

Little boy 2 “I got 2 rabbits”

Freya “good head back and prep it”

Little girl 1 “I can’t do it”

Freya “yes you can you just need to believe you can and I have seen you fight you are the best child wolf in you class this should be nothing to you”

Little girl 1 “ok I will try”

Freya “good now don’t hold back and don’t think aim and go for the kill”

And she does and makes the shot killing the deer she is jumping up and down squealing in excitement as I stand laughing I then hear footsteps and look around I grab Lilly and put her behind me looking to see where that noise came from”

Little girl Lilly “what is it”

Freya “stay behind me Lilly do you understand me”

She nods her head and I prep my bow and look around to see 2 vampires and 3 rouge’s looking back at me and Lilly.

MINDLINK BROTHERS

Freya “guys i need you I was training the kids and all of them but one left and I have lily with me there are 2 vampires and 3 rouge’s here I can take them but I don’t want to with lily here”

Brothers “ok we are on our way hold tight”

Ok lily stay behind me she nods her head I then grab my knives out ready to take one the vampires and rouge’s as they were about to come at me my brothers show up Cole grabs Lilly and take her back to the village as for me Taz and diesel take on the vampires and rouge’s.

Taz goes straight to the vampires and fight them and diesel follows him behind I head to the 3 rouge’s and take them on I start fighting the first wolf and he scratches my neck I wince then rip out his heart I then fight the 2nd wolf he bites my leg and scratches my hip and I snap his neck then the 3rd wolf come at me at first then I notice he is looking behind and I see Cole watching Taz and diesel making sure they are fine.

The wolf head towards Cole my heart start to pound out loud in fear by the time Cole notices the wolf he is already on the ground fighting the rouge I run over to Cole and pull the wolf off him then I stab him to death once I hear his heart stop I then look back at Cole and see he is bleeding bad like me I look and see my brothers still fight the vampires so I pick up Cole and head back to the village and straight to the pack doctor.

I call out for help and the doctor told me to wait here I take a seat and wait then I see Taz and diesel come in they are also covers in blood they look panicked they walk up to me and hugs me I wince in pain as they do they look at me they see that I have scratches on my neck and hip and bites on my leg and that I’m in really bad shape I then hear footsteps and it’s the doctor we all look at the doctor and ask how he is.

Doctor “he is gonna be ok but he need lots of rest”

We nod out head and as soon I hear that Cole is fine I that faint diesel catches me and Taz tells the doctor that I am hurt really bad and need to be looked at they follow the doctor Taz stays with Freya and diesel goes to check on Cole the doctor look me over and tells Taz my wounds are deep and that the one on my throat is more of a concern then the others cause it severed my voice box the doc says it will heal over time and in the mean time no talking at all I nod and so does Taz.

Taz, Cole, diesel, and me head back to the hut and as we enter we see mum and she dose not look happy to see that 2 of her babies are hurt and when mum is angry you better pray and run for your life.

Mum aka rose “what happened why is Freya and Cole hurt and was in the pack hospital ?”

We all look at each other wondering what to say.

Mum aka rose “well I am waiting for an answer”

Taz “Freya was training the kids like always but as she was finishing up there were 2 vampires and 3 rouge’s there and Freya was with Lily and she did not want to fight them while she was there”

Diesel “so Freya mindlinked us and asked us for help so we rushed over to her and helped her but in doing so they must have panicked and start picking a fight with me Taz and Freya while Cole got lily out of there”

Cole “as I came back from dropping off lily I see the my brothers were still fighting the vampires and as I go to turn to Freya I see the last rouge come and me and attacked me then Freya heads over to me and stabbed the rouge to death.

Mum aka rose “why is she not talking and are you all ok now ?”

Cole “I’m fine”

Taz “the rouge’s she was fighting one of them scratched her throat and the doctor says she can’t talk or she will not heal and will never speak again”

Mum sighs and hugs me and my brothers looking glad that we are all ok and alive though we are gonna be sore for awhile me more then my brother cause I take longer to heal.

1 Year later

It has been a year and the attacks are just getting worse and what’s even making even more terrible is mum and dying from wolfsbane poisoning she was protecting the kids and elderly and the wolfs that can’t fight from the attacks and a vampire stabbed my mum with a silver dagger laced with wolfsbane she has been slowly dying the pack doctor says that it’s a rare kind that it’s only purpose is to kill alphas and luna’s and there is no antidote or cures so she does not have long.

Freya “we need to stop these attacks now we have lost to ment already this can’t go on”

Taz “and how do you expect us to stop this we are a pack of 900 while they are a clan of 2000”

Cole “ok then we need to think and come up with a plan”

Diesel “yea what Freya said we have to stop these attacks now before anyone else dies”

Freya “ I have a plan but none of you’s are going to like it”

Taz “well what is it little one”

Freya “what if we set a meeting with daemon and feel him that I accept his proposal of marriage”

Cole “you can’t be serious Freya he is a vampire”

Diesel “for once Freya I agree with Cole vampires can not be trusted not matter what”

Freya “unless you have a better idea I’m all ears”

Taz “you have no idea what these vampires are capable of Freya they ate never to be trusted”

Freya “ no Taz they don’t know what I’m capable of or what I am you 3 and mum knows my secret”

Diesel “yes we do and if you marry this vampire so will he and his clan what is they use you to start wars”

Freya “I am a trybrid the first of my kind and I will not stand by anymore they have 2 things we need and I am not letting either of them go do you hear me no set the damn meeting”

Taz “ok I will set the meeting but please little one promise me you will be careful and to never let your guard down no matter what”

Freya “Taz”

Taz “promise me Freya”

Freya “ok I promise I will be careful I love you brothers”

Taz, Cole, diesel “we love you to little one”

After we all talk we all head to bed we’ll all except Taz he called daemon and set a meeting so he and his vampire clan will be coming tomorrow morning I hope all goes well now I am gonna head to my room and sleep.

Daemon’s pov

I got a call last night from the alpha of the moonlight pack Taz wants to set another meet I wonder what this is gonna be about.

Shadow daemons vampire

Shadow “well we have to go cause mate is there and I want to see her I miss her”

Daemon “we are not taking a wolf as our mate”

Shadow “did you not smell her scent the last time we were there she was not just a wolf she is something else and I can feel how powerful she is”

Daemon “yea I did notice that but what does that matter she is and always will be a wolf”

Shadow “if you do not claim her as your mate I will never speak to you again”

Daemon “you would never do that”

Shadow “watch me”

Freya pov

It’s the next day and the vampires should be here any minute now Cole took mum and the others to the cave for safety and they will have my mum and a few pack warriors with them to keep them safe while we have this meeting I look up and pray to who ever is listening that this meeting goes ok.

As Cole comes Back daemon and his clan enters our village and we see them looking around and then at us I look at daemon and he looks at me then my brothers and I walk over to greet them then we head inside to meeting room.

Freya “thank you daemon and your clan for coming on such short notice but we have to end these attacks for good”

Daemon “what do you plan to do exactly and what does me and my clan have to do with it”

Taz “trust me we don’t want your help but my sister is right we don’t have any other choice we can’t keep living like this it has to end”

Daemon “and what do you think I can do to help or even care what happens to you none of you are my problem”

Freya “well I am your mate for starters and we need an alliance and we also need 1 of your golden apples”

Daemon “mate or not you are not my problem and why do you want the apple”

Freya “I don’t want it for immortality I need it for a cure “

Daemon “ cure for what exactly”

Freya “that’s none of your business now this alliance you gave my brother a proposal for my hand in marriage I will accept under 3 conditions”

Daemon “what makes you think I still want your hand in marriage now”

Freya “because wether we like it or not we both need each other you have thing I need and we have things you need so what is it gonna be”

Daemon “what are your 3 conditions”

Freya “1 the golden apple it’s none negotiable

2 when we marry it is only political nothing more and 3 I get to see my pack and family when ever I please”

Daemon “yes to seeing your pack, maybe to the golden apple, and I want to add 1 thing to the political one”

Freya “well spit it out I don’t have all day”

Daemon “there are 2 things I want from you then we will have a deal”

Freya “ and those are”

Daemon “1 you will tell me what you are cause you do not smell like a wolf and 2 you will give me heirs that is none negotiable”

Freya “fine to the heirs and I’m a trybrid the first of my kind so do we have a deal”

Daemon “a trybrid what are you mixed with and yes we have a deal”

Freya “I’m a witch, wolf, and a vampire though I have not unlocked my vampire side yet and I don’t plan to any time soon”

Daemon “well I’ll be damned now your interesting so when do you plan on the wedding to seal the deal”

Freya “ the sooner the better so tomorrow we will marry and then go from there once our pack and your clan joins this alliance we will be able to share resources “

Daemon “that’s soon but fine in the mean time my clan and I will set up in the forest and keep watch for feral’s and rouge’s”

Freya “thanks but there is no need we have our spy’s watching the forest meeting adjourned”

We all head out of the meeting room Cole goes and checks on the pack while Taz diesel and I keep and eye on the vampires making sure they behave my brothers and I take shifts at keeping watch and I have the first shift.

Freya “go to sleep guys I have first shift”

Taz “you sure”

Freya “yes now rest we have a big day tomorrow”

Diesel, Taz, Cole “ good night little one”

Freya “night big brothers love you xx”

They go inside and to sleep I watch and look around and then I see daemon staring back at me I will say my mate is one fine ass man for a vampire that’s is we are gonna marry tomorrow and to be honest I and s**t scared not for myself but my pack, my mum, my brothers once I marry him what will happen will everything change for the better or for the worse.

And not to mention he knows that I’m a tribrid the only people who knows is my brothers and my parents and now him and I don’t know what he will do with that information but I have to have faith and also he said I have to have his heirs like what he can not be serious god I don’t want vampires hands all over me and I definitely do not want to have pups with him but I have to remember it’s for my pack and my family when I go to live with him I need to remember to pack my spell books and put a protection around my village and pack and family before I leave to keep them safe so I do not have to worry about them.

A few hours go by

It’s now early hours in the morning and I am supposed to wake up one of my brothers to take watch but they have need over worked cause of the attacks they need the rest now more then ever so I will keep watch for them I look around and hear noise coming from the forest and I look but no one is there not that I can see anyway but I can hear there heart beats and by the sound of there beats it’s not vampires it’s rouge’s.

Which mean they are back for more but this time I think they plan to kill my whole pack cause I can sense and smell more the 20 I would say there is at least 2-300 rouge’s out there waiting but now that I have daemon and his clan as well as my pack even though I’m a pack of 900 only 400 of us are warriors or can fight the others can’t they stay with mum at the caves where they are safe from here mum and the few warriors we send keep them safe while my brothers and the warriors and I take on whoever come our way I keep looking making sure that the rouge’s start in the forest and not in my village and not near the cave where the wolves can’t fight.
