Chapter 4: Door Bell

"Though you attract me and make me fall for you, the fear which ran through my spines can't be less"

Author's POV

When he opened his mask for eating pizza she was busy in munching on hers. But the moment he leaned back her eyes caught his greek god face glimpse from side.

A small gasp escaped her lips and he smirked. She almost lost her appetite getting preoccupied in his handsome face thinking how in this world someone so handsome became a stalker and delivery man.

Tilting her head she got busy talking with herself while her eyes were fixed on him as if she closes her eyes he may vanish.

With the constant staring he felt distracted and turned his face to her side only to make her heart skip a beat and breathe hitched. The moment his eyes met with her greenish orbs abd the drop-dead gorgeous face fully got in her view she froze.

Don't know why but whenever she look into that orbs she frozes and today after seeing his face she forgot to breathe too. And that's what make him scary and attractive at the same time for her.

Both were lost in each other's gaze for a minute and then he stretched his hand towards her face. Nervousness crept on her nerves and she closed her eyes in a fraction of second. He smiled and captured her angelic face in his eyes once again which showed his touch and closeness effects her.

'God please don't let me get harmed!!', she prayed in her mind.

He makes her body tense with his little action but he didn't bothered knowing one day she will crave only and only for his touch.

His fingertips wiped the corner of her lips where cheese got stuck with sauce and she opened her eyes slowly when she realized he was just cleaning her face. A faded blush crept on her cheek and she smiled on his sweet gesture. While he moved his gaze before he loses himself in her doe like pretty eyes which is deep like sea and reflects the real him in them with a good heart who was long lost.

Blinking her eyes she looked away too with a bit hurt and silently ate her food while pulling her knees towards her chest and fixed her gaze on television. And at times she drank her Pepsi too which by now was not much cold anymore but still was drinkable.

Just like that her tensed body relaxed and she while enjoying her dinner ate food and soon it was almost completed as the last piece of pizza was left.

Their eyes were fixed on their target and then looked at each other with a challenging and tensed smile for grabbing the last portion. But just when she was about to win from him taking it first in her hand the door bell rang making her heart sank deep into her stomach.

The playful smile which just arrived on her face changed with a tensed wrinkle appearing on her forehead.

Listening the door bell ring again her eyes widened and she looked at him. He was looking calm and composed but she was scared to death as if he was her secret.

She stood up instantly and gripped his wrist making him stand with her. He looked at her with amused and confused gaze unable to contemplate what she wants him to do.

It was so sudden that he couldn't even get a second for thinking as the next thing she did was pushed him at the corner for hiding him behind the curtains.

He almost stumbled and glared at her with a pissed look making her scare. But before she could say sorry she heard her friend calling her and dragged him near stairs thinking hiding this large man behind curtain is bad idea.

She asked him to sit under the staircase which was dark and safe for him getting hide as one side was stair and other had wall gigving a perfect area. Before he could speak she placed her finger on his lips and stared at him with a pleading eye without realising how badly he wants his lips to touch her lips and not finger.

Rihana ran towards the door after checking it's all clear and safe and opened the door for her friend who by now has got mad. With a hardened look he stared at her and she gulped in fear thinking what if he knows someone was here.

"What the heck were you doing Ri?", he questioned with a pissed tone but seeing her cute scared face he laughed making her gasp.

"What? Why are you behaving like an frightened kitten? When you should be the one to scold me and beat the s**t out of me for behaving like a crazy mad man at this time", he said in a jolly way.

Realization hit her hard thinking he was correct as her expressions and actions was showing how much tensed she is when she shouldn't be near him. She flashed a cheeky smile to him and laughed nervously with him.

"Don't tell me in absence of everyone you got a boy for yourself hidden inside....", he said in a teasing tone but her muscles tensed up and her blood drain out of her system.

Seeing his eyes waiting for her answer she composed himself and spoke up flashing a pretty please smile.

"No... no..it's not like that.. I-I was... just watching telly with loud volume so I didn't heard you", he raised his eyebrow at her nervous voice. "I mean you know right how much I get lost in my pretty small head", she added up for covering her lie.

He nodded buying it and she sighed internally with a smile still flashed on her face. He brought his hands up showing the food bag he was carrying.

Her eyes lit up seeing so much food for her that even everything of her choice but when her mind reminded whom she just hid under the staircase was still there her heart sank into her stomach again with a strained look on her face.

"Are you going to stay here?", she asked him.

"Nope baby.. I just came here to give you food asking dad to excuse me for an hour. I hope it's not late and you are not angry.. btw lock your doors and eat as much as you want it's all for you. Bye baby!! Love you..", he said in a calm but hurried way and kissed her cheeks before leaving.

She waved her hands at him saying bye and waited till his car left the porch. Seeing it out of her sight she sighed heavily thinking she wasn't caught and closed the door with a smile.

When she turned getting inside her smile vanished as the demon hidden under the stairs were standing infront of him with a hard expression and fierce eyes.

His nose flared in anger with jaw clenched and hands fisted up in ball. Seeing him she felt knots in her stomach and slowly kept the bags aside thinking what she has got into.
