“ I had no idea they had underground fight rings any more” Kayla says beside me looking around in awe at the metal cage that currently housed two supernaturals caught in a fight to the death. The roar of the crowd around the ring spur on each fighter as they begin to shift into their animals, one is a wolf the other a fox.
“ They have underground everything if you look hard enough.” Alpha xander muttered unimpressed behind us. I blew out a frustrated breath unsure of which one of them irritated me more, I hadn’t asked either of them to come with me.
I wasn’t sure why the alpha had insisted on coming with us but he’d threatened to alert Theo and the others if I didn’t let him tag along, I couldn’t afford to have anyone follow me from the palace. I couldn’t go underground
