Arianna stood still, eyes wide,a tear rolled down her face as she stared at Toria,her gaze softened and her eyes brimmed with tears and hurt , she turned and stormed out of my office, watching her receding back, I felt something prick at my heart,She has to pay for deceiving me and the pack.
“ Is she mad at me? We _ we can stop this marriage if she is not happy about it. Arianna is my friend and I am just looking out for the best for her,” Toria spoke timidly her eyes glazed with tears. She looked so pitiful and innocent..
“ Don't worry, she will come around, she is just triggered by the new information,” I hugged her and patted her back, in a bid to stop her from sobbing.
“ She is my best friend, I doubt she will want to talk to me again,” she whined, followed by a sniff.
