I left Gabriel were he stood. I walked back to Lady Serenity and the rest of the group. The firelight dance was still shining bright in the sky. I noticed a few children playing games and decided to go join them. I could feel Axel's eyes on me but I never turned around to look at him. After some time at the village Lady Serenity told us to return to the palace. Everyone chatted for a bit until it was time for the 2nd dance. This time the music was softer and more beautiful. I felt a hand graze my back and a small kiss on my shoulder. Axel took my hand and my waist and we began to dance.
"It looked like you didn't enjoy dancing," I told him
"I figured I give it another shot," he said. He looked deep into my eyes and I felt his heart beating faster. I smiled and then he kissed me gently.
