Samantha was laying on the ground with her face half-melted and her body slowly melting away. I ran to her and tried to pick her up but my hand slipped. Her body was made out of clay. The cavern we were in was illuminated by hundreds of fire gems. It was too hot in here for her body to stay intact. I covered my hands in ice and went to pick her up again. "Why," Samantha said softly. "You're going to be okay," I said. "Try not to talk." I adjusted her better and walked down the cavern looking for a way out. We reached the end of the tunnel and I saw Cloud standing nearby. I looked at what he was looking at and noticed Gabriel holding his right arm. I walked a bit faster and noticed he had been bitten.
