I let go of Emma’s arms, and ran down the stairs to help Jimmy up. She runs after me, clearly angry. She was already caught out, but this girl never listens. She lunges for me again, but I just sidestep and pull Jimmy out of the way with me.
Emma loses her balance and falls down the rest of the steps. “What a sore loser,” Jimmy says and shakes his head. “Let’s go. We don’t have time to waste on her,” I say, and he nods. I led the way and ran in the direction from which Emma came. She wouldn't just roam around, she would be guarding the flag. She is too lazy to go looking for enemies.
