Marie's POV I opened my eyes again but the medication still had a strong hold on me, I couldn't even feel my face and looking around seemed to come with much strain. I tried to raise my head but it felt like it was tied to a ton of bricks, so heavy that I had to stop trying and just let it be, my gaze pointing upward as I waited for the control over my body to return, I hated this feeling of not having control over my own body, it sickened me. I hated hospitals, I couldn't even point a finger at any particular reason but I hated them and waking up twice in this particular room feeling helpless didn't particularly make a good case for why I should like hospitals.
