Holding her hand out, Scarlet said, “That won’t be necessary, Doctor. When I’m done with the lesson you will be able to do a basic assessment.” Looking at the Ape Female on the ground hiding behind the Male she asked, “Are you willing to go through an assessment? If so, can you please step forward, and we can start looking at you?”
It took a few minutes for the Ape Female to register what was going on. The Male in front of her picked her up and said, “Susan, let’s get you looked at, okay?” He calmly asked her as he picked her up. She shook her head in agreement.
