Sam had just moved with his brother Finn to a small farm just outside of Manchester, North Dakota. They move quite frequently due to Sam's inability to control his shifting when it came to his emotions. Sam was being bullied and didn't mean to kill the kid at his school bullying him, he just lost control and shifted into a bear, mauling his bully to death. When he finally calmed down and realized what he'd done he was devastated he knew the kid didn't deserve to go like that.
Sam spent the summer with his brother training his emotions not to affect his shifting abilities, and he was ready to back to school, but no amount of training could prepare him for his first time feeling love, for me, a human of all things. My name is Hannah and this is the story of how I met the love of my life a shape shifter.
