Athena is still asleep when I get ready for the auction. That is to be expected from what happened. However, Mars has been slipping in and out of sleep.
It’s nearly 11:30 pm, and from what I know they both have classes tomorrow.
Sometimes it’s easy to forget that they are still college students because they don't act like college students.
“I could come with you.” Mars whispers. He is sitting on the bed with his back against the headboard and Athena tucked to his side.
I know he can come. I’d like for him to come with me, but we can’t leave Athena alone too.
“I’ll be okay.” I put on the sylv’r bracelet after putting on my black suit. It feels like ages since I wore one of these. I walk up to him.
His hair is in all places.
But he looks absolutely beautiful.
