Two weeks had passed since the incident with Oscar. It seemed that one act had put everyone in their place.
Mrs Rivera announced that family dinner was no longer a necessity and everyone could eat in their different rooms. This new rule was what made loving a bit easy for me.
Oscar avoided me in every way that was necessary and Jennifer, couldn't say a word to me about anything as she knew better than to talk to someone who knew so much about her.
Mrs Rivera just kept glaring at me everywhere she saw me and I tried my best to ignore her oath and made sure I rarely ran into her.
