Rose's POV
The cold breeze welcomed us as we stepped onto the balcony that oversaw the compound. We could still hear the booming music from inside the party hall even though it was more faint now.
"Let's go up, I'll show you my favorite spot." Olive was giggling excitedly, and I couldn't help but match her excitement as she pulled my hands and dragged me along.
A few people were on the large balcony, some standing alone with their glasses of wine and others were in pairs, making out or having a discussion. I watched as we swam past those bodies in a hurry and headed for the staircase.
"Oh! ""This is very necessary." She suddenly said and paused, forcing me to bump into her as I didn't see where I was going.
