Before I could make it to him, I watched as light surrounded him and Brayden. My brother's eyes were white and a blue hue seemed to cover Gavin.
Getting as close as I could, I watched unsure of what was happening. It appeared that Brayden was somehow healing Gavin. Then the light surrounding Brayden dispensed and he dropped to his knees. I rushed to him and noticed his eyes were back to blue.
Brayden laid Gavin on the ground and smiled at me as he sat next to him.
“He will be OK.”
“What did you do? Are you OK?” I wanted to rush to Gavin but I was torn and also wanted to check on my brother. I sat between them, placing Gavin’s head on my lap and taking Brayden’s hand.
