Seeing Amara with my mother was a sight to behold. She was like a different person altogether with her. Gianna wasn't joking that day when she said that Amara loved my mother. She indeed did. Today, I saw that with my own eyes. And I have no idea why that makes me so happy. Like she stood up to some expectation of mine.
